Diplomová práce shrnuje teoretické poznatky o motivaci pracovníků a vysvětluje základní pojmy spojené s touto problematikou. Popisuje současné trendy požadavků zaměstnanců v oblasti motivačního systému a pomocí dotazníkového průzkumu analyzuje současný stav vybrané společnosti. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků jsou navrženy změny v motivačním systému, které by měly vést k lepší akvizici nových a udržení stávajících zaměstnanců. This master's thesis summarizes the theoretical knowledge about employees motivation and explains the basic terms connected with this issue. It describes the current trends of employees' requests in the field of motivation system and analyzes the current state of the selected company using a questionnaire survey. On the basis of the identified shortcomings changes are proposed in the incentive system, which should lead to better recruitment and retention of existing employees.
