The impact of influencers on their audience with focus on generation 30+

This diploma thesis deals with the impact of influencers on their users among the age group of 30-89 years old, describes the field of influencing and its associated areas. It explains the engagement of these influential people in influencer marketing, describes advertising, collaboration, persuasion and influencing within social media platforms. The most used social networks used by influencers (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) are presented as well, including the news that these networks have introduced over the last few years. The most powerful influencers in the Czech Republic are mentioned too, including their online and offline activities. Furthermore, the research types, which were used for this thesis, are theoretically defined and the used methodology is also described. The main parts of the diploma thesis are the summary results of the questionnaire survey of 120 respondents and in- depth interviews with 30 of them. The aim of the research was to find out the extent and character of the impact of influencers on the age group of 30-89 years old and to learn more information and opinions that will help for a better understanding of this phenomenon across the older age groups. Profile of Paseka publishing house and its media image (1990-2018)

The diploma thesis entitled Profile of the Paseka publishing house and its media image (1990-2018) aims to capture the image of the Paseka publishing house, which was founded by Ladislav Horáček more than thirty years ago and which has its firm place on the Czech book market. The first part of the thesis aims to acquaint the reader with the basic concepts and introduce him to the circumstances of the Paseka publishing house. Furthermore, this section describes the initial years of the publishing house, as well as projects and personalities that are inextricably linked with Paseka. The second part focuses mainly on the editorial policy of Paseky, which developed together with those who had just worked as the director of the publishing house. The third part of the work is focused on the current Paseka. Part of this chapter is acquaintance with the current editorial policy, important authors, publications and collaborators, but also with how the publishing house communicates with its readers. Finally, the final, practical part presents a quantitative analysis of selected media, which reported on Paseka in the period after the death of its founder Ladislav Horáček, ie between August 2015 and the end of 2019.

The comparison of azyl homes in terms of the perception and response to the needs of children - Shelters for mothers and children in Prague

The bachelor thesis is dealing with the needs of children, how shelters recognize them, and how they eventually react to those needs. Although shelters are mainly meant for mothers and their children, from the perspective of a social worker is the mother usually the client. It follows therefore that the needs of children are often shifted to the background and those of the mother are given the priority. However, the situation that led the mother to seek the shelter does not only affect the mother alone. The child is also influenced in every way and is aware whether the mother gives the child the needed care. It can happen that the physical and psychological needs of the child are not fully met because of the difficult situation they are in. The theoretical part of the thesis concentrates on the needs of children, shelters and their functioning in neighbouring countries, the different situations that can force women to seek the service of shelters etc. The practical part of the thesis shows that shelters are protecting not only the mothers, but also their children. By reinforcing the mother's competences shelters can help to fulfil the needs of children to a greater extent. Poetical work of J.H.Krchovský and it's critical response (1991-2011)

Bachelor thesis titled Poetical work of J. H. Krchovský and it's critical response (1991- 2011) aims to analyze the critical responses of the poet's collections published in selected periodicals in the period from 1991 to 2011. The approach of author's life and his literary style should lead to an understanding of the circumstances of his poetry, and thus to add a context to the published responses. The first part of the work serves to get to know the personality of J. H. Krchovský and to put his poetry into context of the underground period from which the poet came from. The author deals in detail with the poet's life, which makes it easier to understand the motifs that appear in his work. She interprets the poetic style and theme of his verses. At the end of the first part there are also individual collections that have been published since 1991 until the present. In the second part the author publishes a record from her own interview with J. H. Krchovský because she wants to achieve a greater understanding of the poet's extraordinary personality and his work. The use of financial analysis in the evaluation of the company management

The main objective of this thesis is to assess the financial health of the selected company to use various methods of financial analysis, which will be chosen on the basis of theoretical knowledge. In the practical part are theoretical solutions applied to specific data from the financial statements of the company and selected results are presented in tabular and graphical form using a spreadsheet. At the end of the thesis the financial situation of the company resulting from specific data is interpreted in context and procedures and measures for its improvement potential weaknesses or exploiting possible opportunities are designed.

This diplom thesis focuses on risk management of a selected company using data analysis tools. The thesis comprehends two main parts. The first part addresses theoretical issues concering risk, risk management and data nalysis tools. It presents a number of indicator that can be used as an instruments for a company´s financial management. These idicators, indexes and models are then applied in second part in financial analysis of the firm Moravskoslezská spol. s.r.o.

Municipality Financial Planning

The purpose of this thesis is to examine municipality financial planning. I will identify fundamental resources for municipality budget in theoretical section. Additional topics are financial planning and sustainable financial stability in long term demanding responsible planning of incomes and expenditures, supervision and feedback. I then analyse specific budget for given year in practical part of my thesis.
