Project Proposal of a Music Festival

My bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of project management tools and methods to complete a completely new project. The first part of the bachelor's thesis describes the methods and tools used. This information is further used to analyze the current state of the company and to make proposals. The tools and methods that were chosen are further practically used in the creation of the three phases of the project's life cycle. We will include an analysis of the current state in the pre-project phase, where I will also present the marketing part of the project. The design part is included in the initiation and planning phase of the project. The final output of the bachelor's thesis is a detailed proposal, according to which it is possible to start the project within the set deadline.

Sales Promotion and Advertising of the Sports Centre

This bachelor thesis is conceived for MIL club company, aimed to supplement marketing communication with suitable sales and advertising tools. Partial analyses and also customer satisfaction survey is included in this thesis to find out current marketing situation of this club. Based on the results of analyses, measures are proposed in order to increase the number of new customers and also for the overall satisfaction growth of the permanent customers.

The master thesis deals with the issue of risk management in a selected business entity. The subject of the research is the risk of the selected entity. The object of the research is company named Master Fitness. Main focus of the company is to provide physical education and sport services. The thesis also focus more on theoretical background of risk management, identification, analysis and evaluation of risks using qualitative or semi-quantitative methods. The conclusion of the work contains suggestions for measures that lead to the reduction of risks and improvement of the identified situation.
