Apartment Building in Jablonné nad Orlicí

At the almost flat plot number 411/3, cadastre unit Jablonné nad Orlicí was designed a new apartment building with an service establishment. Local zoning plan of the village defines the plot as a buildable area. The building has one basement and three floors. There are 7 dwelling units and a hairdresser's in the building. The living area and the service establishment have separate entrances. The building is designed with wheelchair access. On the first floor there is an accessible two-bedroom flat with kitchenette and hairdresser's, on the second floor there are two two-bedroom flats with kitchenette and two studios apartment, on the third floor there are two three-bedroom flast with kitchenette. In the basement there is cellar boxes and technical facilities of the building. The foundations are made of a system of foundation strips made of plain concrete, external wall of floors is walled with clay blocks and insulated with external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). Staircase and floor structures are made of reinforced cast-in-place concrete. The building is roofed with a non-walkable flat roof.
Sports Center Fit4You

This master‘s thesis deals with the design documentation Fit4You sports center. The new building is located in the district of the City of Brno in the cadastral Brno – Líšeň. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton system with ceramic masonry infill with two floors. Part of the building with the sports hall is roofed with arched trusses made of laminated wood. The second part of the building with facilities for the hall is roofed with a flat floor.
The Creative Centre Brno-Cejl

This bechalor's thesis deals with reconstroction and further conversion of former penitentiary in Brno, Cejl to an art and music workshop. The major aim of the project is to establish a well-functioning base for a wide range of artist. Therefore amount of ateliers, studios and theatres are being proposed. In order to obtain more appropriate space for a cafe and gallery, a new dynamic structure was erected and joined to the complex in place of an older extansion. Inner dispositions were rather preserved due to its original manner. However the indoor space was adjusted to its new function.
Newly-Built Family Winery

The topic of this diploma thesis is the planning and realisation of a project documentation for a new building of a family viticulture (to be built between existing terraced houses). The building consists of several types of spaces according to the functional use. It connects the living function (an apartment on the second floor and a small guesthouse for degustation purposes), rooms for the store and services (the wine shop, degustation) and the room for stocking (wine storage - barrels/baskets). The building has three floors, the basement is entirely embedded into the terrain. The building will be located approximately 500 metres SW from the city centre of Lednice (584631), within the district of Břeclav in the South-Moravian region, on the lots 756/1, 756/2 and 755.
Multifunctional Building Kounicova

Master thesis of "Multifunctional Building Kounicova" is composed in the form of project documentation. The building is designed as a shopping mall and office space and it is situated in the centre of Brno city. The building has four floors and it is partly basement. The load-bearing structure consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton with flat roof. The drawings are processed in CAD program.
Winery Sekt Jan Petrák

Based on the architectural study of AG33 studio, this bachelor’s thesis on theme of family winery Sekt Jan Petrák was created. The bachelor thesis develops the architectural study up to the Building permit documentation and Documentation for execution of the project. The plot is situated in the centre of Kobylí, in the South Moravia Region. There is currently located a terraced house and an production building which does not suit current demands of the owners for housing nor for production of wine and sparkling wine. The requirement was to create a new house and production building with preservation and utilization of the existing production building, as well as appropriately placed product shop and tasting space. The mass solution of my design is based on the original terraced houses with gutters to street of South Moravia. The house continues to existing buildings in size and shape of the roof. By contrast, the public part of production building is turned gable wall to the street, and combination with courtyard entry closes the line on terraced houses and continues in looser buildings. In addition to the modification of the traditional housing type, the new entrance elements are morphology of windows and hidden gutters. The gable wall of the public part is glass fronted and creates dominant, easily identifiable element in the street view. Materials are chosen simple and clean, with reference to the production function of the building. White plaster, exposed brick, black tile roofing and zinc coated façade elements and flashing are predominant.
Detached House with Design Office

This bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation of a detached house with the design office, which is designed as a two-floor and cellarless. The first floor is divided into a working part with design office and the residential part, where is living room, kitchen and sanitary facilities. The second floor is used only for residential purpose. The structural system is a brick wall. The building is designed as a self-standing house on a gently sloping terrain. Tho roof is gabled.
City Center of Culture and Education

Master’s thesis includes building documentation of new building of city center of culture and education. Ground plan is in „L“ shape and it is placed in a hillside. There will be a library, multipurpose class, exhibition area, reading room and café. Building has three floor in one part and in second part two floor with partially imbedded basement. The roof is flat. It’s a detached building in the centre of town Dvůr Králové nad Labem.
St. Michael's Hospice

The topic of the master thesis is new medico-social facility hospice St. Michaela. The purpose of the object is the maximizing of improvement in the quality of life of dying, severely ill and incurable patients, with the use of palliative care. The construction follows the Complex of Regional Hospital Náchod. Together with as a retirement home Náchod completes a support network of health and social care. The building is designed as a four-building storey and is partially embedded into the sloping terrain. Floors are divided into individual facilities and together constitute a functional unit. In the basement is the technical room, warehouses, garages and kitchen facilities. On the ground floor are then socio-public rooms and facilities. On the second floor is located hedmaster of hospice and accommodation area. The third floor is devoted to the accommodation area. The proposed structure made of brick longitudinal system, supplemented by concrete basement walls. The horizontal structure is made of filigree ceiling panels. Stairs are designed as a precast concrete and steel. Individual roof structures is made from unwalkable, walkable and vegetation compositions. The cladding consists of ventilated facade of glass and wooden panels. Foundations are designed from the lineal foundation.
Mixed-use Building in Plzeň

This diploma thesis deal with a new mixed-use building in the Pilsen, district the Černice. The object is situated in cadastre unit Černice, on the plot number 1457/22 and 1456/10. Plot is undeveloped on this time and there is only grass vegetation there. Developer wants to build the mixed-use object on his plot. The object has eight flats, the office space, two shops and ample premisses for parking space The buildings is designed like a three-storey building with warm flat roof, without cellar, the structural system is wall system.
