Lifestyle diabetic 2nd type Aims: The aim of this thesis is to outline alternatives how to improve medical condition of patients who suffer from diabetes mellitus 2nd type by non- pharmacological treatment. Another target is to create and application an intervention exercise program. It is also necessary to evaluate measured physical parameters plus to compare results before the beginning and after the termination of the intervention. Last but not least is important suggestion of recommendations for the future therapy of patients with NIDDM. Methods: In this work, there are stated contemporary information of relationship between physical activity and diabetes of the second type of a patient. Literature research was used to get this knowledge. Based on these facts and available options, the experiment related to training program was designed. This observation takes 20 weeks. Results: The controlled diabetic patient underwent the intervention program without significant complications and in full extent. Title: Rehabilitation exercises for primary and secondary prevention of damage to the anterior cruciate ligament Objectives: The main goal of my work is to inform the public of the problem of training events ligament injuries, and offer solutions. I will focus on the description of the knee and then the anterior cruciate ligament surgery itself. Emphasize the most common causes of damage to the structures and opportunities for redress. The next section will show the possibility of exercise before and after surgery and try to compare different approaches to physical activity after surgery. Using of compensation exercise in young ice hockey players

Title: Using of compensation exercise in young ice hockey players Objectives: The main objective is to highlight the lack of compensatory exercise during the training process of junior ice hockey players and suggest improvements to this condition. Methods: Supporting documents were obtained from certified sources and quality of literature or web sites relating to information about ice hockey, the system of human motion, sports training and compensatory exercises. The practice was acquired by consultation, analysis, observation and measurement. Results: Analysis of the training plan of young adolescents HC Star Prague players found significant training load without adequate compensation. The proposed solution was inclusion training unit based on some of compensatory movements. To evaluate the effect of the proposal carried out a series of measurements of selected muscles shorten players. Dietary habits and physical activity of sedentary job in Škoda Auto

The title of the theses: Dietary habits and physical activity of sedentary job in Škoda Auto The aim of the theses: The main aim of this theses was to find out dietary habits and level of the physical activity of sedentary job. There were set 6 hypothesis. Methods: The research was conducted with employees of Skoda Auto. The level of physical activity was measured with short form of IPAQ. Data were processed with basic statistic methods in MS Excel. Mesaured values were according to instructions transformed to MET- values and divided into appropriate categories according to criterias. Surveys was used for finding out dietary habits. The results were individually compared with other researches and literature. Results: The most respondents (42,4%) were in moderate level category, 41,3 % were in high level category and 16,3 % were in low level category. Men are more active than women. Men spend more time with intensive physical activity than women. More than half of respondents (55%) were, according to BMI values, in category of overweight and obesity. The mean of sitting time was 7 hours per day. Men have worse dietary habits than women. 85 % of employees of Skoda Auto have breakfast every day. More then half of emloyees eat 4-5x per day. Title: Fitness and compensation exercises in dancesport Objectives: The aim of this thesis is proposing and including fitness and compensation exercises into the dancers' training regime in order to enable them to increase their physical condition, improve their health, and reduce the risk of injury. Methods: Case study monitoring a group of four dancers aged 23 to 26. Using kinesiological analyses and measurements to diagnose health complications, contracted and weakened muscles (according to Janda), and propose the ideal intervention programme to reduce their occurrence. An online survey to which 230 people responded was used as a support method to gather more information on the training habits and health condition of sport dancers in the Czech Republic. The proposed intervention programme was applied to the probands in between the initial and control kinesiology analyses. Results: The insufficient education of sport dancers in the area of sport training, regeneration and compensation exercise was confirmed. The expected weakening of the deep stabilising spine system was confirmed with 100% of the probands. Title: Knowledges of an active lifestyle for elementary school students The problem definition: Increase in overweight and obesity are increasingly increased concerns constantly greater number of people. And on this subject and lifestyle are also spoken more often. And even in primary schools, where this issue was addressed. In particular, children should develop habits for a healthy lifestyle that the number of overweight or obese decreased rather than increased. The aim of the thesis: Determine the level of knowledge about the active life style for pupils of secondary school. Method: The research will be conducted using questionnaires twenty questions, ascertaining the level of knowledge, active lifestyle. Surveys will be distributed to pupils of primary school. Results of survey questions will be evaluated in the form of a graph. Results: The result will determine the level of knowledge of an active lifestyle, especially two primary factors - nutrition and physical activity. For nutrition is the main energy intake and total daily intake should be divided into 5-6 portions. Muscle metabolism and its effect on physical condition in patients with chronic renal failure receiving hemodialysis

Title: Muscle metabolism and its effect on physical condition in patients with chronic renal failure receiving hemodialysis Objective: Assess the status of muscle metabolism in patients starting hemodialysis and patients receiving hemodialysis long time, to determine some changes in muscle metabolism in both groups in the time period and ultimately assess its impact on physical condition and quality of life of hemodialysis patients. Method: Fill anamnestic questionnaire and examination of body composition using bioimpedence device (BCM) in the group of patients with chronic renal failure who are beginning to be treated with hemodialysis and a group of patients treated with hemodialysis for several years. Compare the results of both groups. To obtain additional information from medical records. Results: It was found that hemodialysis therapy affects the status of muscle metabolism in terms of reducing muscle mass (LTM). The dependence of LTM, however, the duration of hemodialysis treatment assays. The study showed that if patients are nutritionally stable and regularly engaged in some physical activity, loss of muscle mass is lower than in individuals who have a passive way of life. Muscles' disharmony of the football players in the age of pupil category

Title: Museles disharmony at the football players in the age ofpupil category Generally speaking, problem of today's football players are persona! injuries. This is very annoying for everyone especially for soccer player because he cannot play for a long time, he comes off trainings and getting back to a good shape is very hard, slow-gaited and problematic. Objective: Diploma work is orientated to illuminate those difficulties and find the best solutions for prevention offootball's injuries. Groups and methods: Football players FK Dukla Praha was tested for muscles disharmonies. They are 14 years old. To test for muscles disharmony was used method by Janda (1996). The results were listed to the test. Results: The results are demonstrated, by regular stretching it is possible to eliminate muscles disharmonies. Discussion: Comparing with other results was similar like as results, which we performed by football players FK Dukla Praha. Conclusion: By regular compensation and stretching it is possible to eliminate muscles disharmony in any extent. Compensations and relax practises should be categorized regular to training process. Kinesiophobia in patients on renal dialysis therapy - questionnaire study

Thesis title: Kinesiophobia in patients on renal dialysis therapy - questionnaire study. The aims of the thesis: To characterise the term kinesiophobia and to evaluate the dependence of the measure of fear of movement on sociodemographic and clinical variables with the use of the Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia questionnaire (TSK-CZ) in a group of respondents on renal dialysis therapy and a group of healthy respondents. Methods: To determine the dependence of the measure of kinesiophobia on selected variables, the TSK-CZ questionnaire was used in Fresenius Medical Care dialysis centres across towns in the Czech Republic. The reference group of individuals with no renal disease - healthy respondents - was addressed by means of the Survio.cz website. The research comprised a group of respondents on renal dialysis therapy (n = 135) and a group of healthy respondents (n = 135). The collected data was processed using statistical methods - descriptive statistics and data analysis (t-test, Chi-squared test, ANOVA, Spearman's correlation coefficient). After that, the data was transferred to tables and charts and was evaluated. Results: On the basis of the TSK-CZ questionnaire, a significant difference in the measure of fear of movement was found between the respondents on renal dialysis and the healthy ones...
