Tématem diplomové práce je profesní rozvoj pedagogických pracovníků ve vybrané MŠ - případová studie. Práce je primárně zaměřena na vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků předškolních institucí. Motivací pro autorku práce byl její osobní zájem o současné trendy v profesním rozvoji pedagogických pracovníků a také rozvoj pedagogických pracovníků, který měla na starosti v mateřské škole, ve které pracovala. Autorka diplomovou práci strukturovala do teoretické a empirické části. Teoretická část vymezuje stěžejní pojmy uvedené v diplomové práci spojené s profesním rozvojem pedagogických pracovníků v MŠ, kompetence pedagogických pracovníků a v neposlední řadě rizika spojená s profesním rozvojem pedagogických pracovníků. Empirická část mapuje problematiku profesního rozvoje pedagogických pracovníků ve vybrané MŠ. K výzkumu byl využit polostrukturovaný rozhovor, realizovaný s vedoucí pracovnicí a učitelkami vybrané mateřské školy. Prostřednictvím výzkumu bylo zjišťováno, jakým způsobem probíhá profesní rozvoj pedagogických pracovníků ve vybrané mateřské škole. Získaná data z výzkumu byly porovnány s teoretickými poznatky uvedenými v teoretické části této práce a zároveň byly data porovnány s poznatky z mateřské školy, ve které autorka práce v průběhu psaní diplomové práce působila. Na základě těchto... The topic of the thesis is professional development of pedagogical staff in a selected kindergarten - a case study. The thesis is primarily focused on the education of teaching staff in pre-school institutions. The motivation for the author of the thesis was her personal interest in current trends in the professional development of teaching staff and also the development of teaching staff she is responsible for in the kindergarten where she works. The author structured her thesis into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part defines the key concepts mentioned in the thesis related to the professional growth of teaching staff in kindergartens, the competences of teaching staff and last but not least the risks associated with the professional growth of teaching staff. The empirical part maps the issues of professional development of pedagogical staff in the selected kindergarten, a semi-structured interview was used for the research, carried out with the head and teachers of the kindergarten. During the research, the professional development of teaching staff in the kindergarten was carefully examined.
