Tato bakalářská práce na téma „Rozvoj malého rodinného podniku“ se zaměřuje na návrh pro zlepšení rodinného vinařství Víno Zborovský, které se nachází v obci Velké Pavlovice na Jižní Moravě. Práce má pomoct v rozvoji vinařství prostřednictvím analýz podniku opírající se o teoretickou část. Návrh na rozvoj spočívá v novém designu vinných etiket pro jednotlivé řady vín. This bachelor thesis on "Development of a small family business" focuses on a proposal for the improvement of the family winery Víno Zborovský, located in Velké Pavlovice in South Moravia. The thesis is intended to help in the development of the winery through an analysis of the business based on the theoretical part. The proposal for development consists in a new design of wine labels for individual wine lines.
