Zadání bakalářské práce řeší objekt polyfunkčního domu při ulici Křenová a Skořepka v Brně. V návrhu se uvažuje s urbanistickým návrhem nové městské třídy. Hlavní myšlenkou bylo utvořit ucelený objekt, který nebude narušovat okolní zástavbu. Objekt navazuje na stávající budovy a tím uzavírá blok domů, které lemují ulici Křenová a Skořepka. Objekt je rozdělen na tři hmoty - část administrativní, obchodní a část bytovou. Administrativní část je téměř celá prosklená. Pro dosažení atraktivity a architektonického akcentu byla zvolena barevně tónovaná skla - oranžová, šedá a mléčná. Fasáda bytové části je v tónech tmavě a světle šedé barvy. Fasádu rozehrávají vysunuté hmoty. Problematika parkování je vyřešena v podzemních podlažích domu pomocí rampy do 1PP a potom pomocí automatických zakladačů. The bachelors thesis deals with multifunctional building on the Křenová Street and Skořepka in Brno. The proposal is considered on the planned New urban boulevard. The main though was to form an integrated building wich will not be disrupt built-up area around. The building continuous on the existing buidings and so closes block of houses, lining the Křenová and Skořepka streets. The building is split in the three parts – administration part, shops and flats. Administration part is almost all made of glass. It was choosen orange, gray and milky color-tinted glass to make it attractive and architectual accent. Flats facade is painted in the dark and light gray color. From the facade are pulled out specific shapes.
