PŘEDMĚTEM BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE JE NÁVRH POLYFUNKČNÍCH DOMŮ V LOKALITĚ VYŠKOV NA MORAVĚ. PRÁCE NAVAZUJE NA ZÁMĚRY MĚSTA A NA JIŽ VYPRACOVANÉ A SCHVÁLENÉ URBANISTICKÉ STUDIE V OKOLÍ ŘEŠENÉ LOKALITY. NÁVRH DVOU OBJEKTŮ POLYFUNKČNÍCH DOMŮ REFLEKTUJE SOUDOBÉ POŽADAVKY NA MĚSTSKÉ BYDLENÍ. ZÁROVĚŇ NOVĚ VZNIKLÝM VEŘEJNÝM PROSTOREM ZVĚTŠUJE ATRAKTIVITU MÍSTA A UMOŽŇUJE PŘÍMÝ KONTAKT S ŘEKOU. V PARTERU OBOU DOMŮ JSOU MENŠÍ KOMERČNÍ PLOCHY, KTERÉ MOHOU BÝT FLEXIBILNĚ VYUŽIVÁNY A NAVAZUJÍ NA OKOLNÍ PLOCHY RŮZNÉHO CHARAKTERU. STAVBA TVOŘÍ NOVÝ KULTURNÍ BOD LOKALITY A DOTVÁŘÍ ULIČNÍ STRUKTURU. SOUČATÍ PROJEKTU JE I NÁVRH PARKOVACÍHO DOMU NA MÍSTĚ STÁVAJÍCÍ PIVNICE. TENTO OBJEKT JE NAHRAZEN A FUNKCE RESTAURAČNÍ PLOCHY JE ZNOVU VNESENA DO OBJEKTU NAD POTŘEBNÝ POČET PARKOVACÍCH STÁNÍ. STŘECHA TOHOTO OBJEKTU JE POBYTOVÁ A NABÍZÍ TAK VEŘEJNOSTI ATRAKTIVNĚJŠÍ POBYTOVÉ PLOCHY. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of multifunctional houses in Vyškov in Moravia. The thesis builds on the intentions of the city and on the already developed and approved urban studies in the surrounding area of the site. The design of two multifunctional buildings reflects the current requirements for urban housing. At the same time, the newly created public space increases the attractiveness of the place and allows direct contact with the river. On the ground floor of both houses there are smaller commercial areas that can be used flexibly and connect to the surrounding areas of different character. The building forms a new cultural point of the site and completes the street pattern. The project also includes the design of a car park on the site of the existing brasserie. This building is replaced and the function of the restaurant area is reintroduced into the building over and above the required number of parking spaces. The roof of this building is a residence, offering a more attractive public living area.
