Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovní zátěží sester pečujících o COVID-19 pozitivní pacienty. Cílem dotazníkové šetření bylo zjistit míru pracovní zátěže těchto sester a zjistit, zda míra pracovní zátěže oddělení Covidového typu převyšuje míru pracovní zátěže standardního neCovidového oddělení. Sběr dat probíhal na lůžkových, JIP a ARO odděleních benešovské nemocnice Rudolfa a Stefanie, která pečovala o COVID-19 pozitivní pacienty. Dotazníkové šetření probíhalo od listopadu 2021 do ledna 2022. Cílovou skupinu respondentů tvořily praktické a všeobecné sestry. Pro zpracování dat byl použit datový list vytvořený programem Microsoft Excel, pro základní statistické analýzy a vytvoření tabulek četností program STATISTICA CZ 12. Z výsledků šetření bylo zjištěno, že podíl, resp. míru subjektivních prožitků, které na Covidovém oddělení odpovídaly přetížení uvedlo 73,44 % respondentů. Podíl subjektivních prožitků, které na Covidovém oddělení odpovídaly monotonii uvedlo 90,63 % respondentů. Podíl kombinace subjektivních prožitků přetížení a monotonie uvedlo 67,19 % respondentů. Pracovní zátěž na oddělení s COVID-19 pozitivními pacienty nepříznivě prožívalo 20,31 % respondentek a 1,56 % respondentů. The bachelor thesis deals with the workload of nurses caring for COVID-19 positive patients. The aim of the questionnaire survey was to determine the workload of these nurses and to determine whether the workload of the Covid-type ward exceeds the workload of the standard non-Covid ward. Data collection took place in the inpatient, ICU and ARO wards of the Rudolf and Stefanie Hospital in Benešov, which cared for COVID-19 positive patients. The questionnaire survey took place from November 2021 to January 2022. The target group of respondents consisted of practical and general nurses. A data sheet created by Microsoft Excel was used for data processing, and STATISTICA CZ 12 was used for basic statistical analyzes and frequency tables. From the results of the survey it was found that the share, resp. 73.44 % of respondents reported a rate of subjective experiences that matched congestion in Covid's department. 90.63 % of respondents reported a share of subjective experiences in the Covid department that corresponded to monotony.
