Náplní kurzu bude úvod do proteomiky s cílem ukázat současné metody a nástroje použitelné k akvizici a vyhodnocení proteomických dat. Ve dvou na sebe navazujících částech kurzu budeme\nklást důraz na interpretaci proteomických spekter, pochopení principů identifikace peptidů a proteinů a kvantifikační postupy. Na praktických příkladech vysvětlíme De-novo sekvenaci peptidů a použití volně dostupných programů MaxQuant a Perseus na identifikaci, kvantifikaci a vizualizaci dat. Proteomic tutorial for the beginners will summarise and present current methods to analyse and evaluate proteomic samples. The tutorial will be divided into two parts. The first part will focus on data accquisition process and interpretation of spectra. The second part will focus on protein quantification.
