Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem obchodních aktivit firmy Naděje o otevření rehabilitačního centra. Teoretická část práce vymezuje hlavní pojmy, které jsou důležité pro pochopení dané problematiky. V analytické části je představena firma a provedeny analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, které jsou shrnuty do SWOT analýzy. V poslední části jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení, směřující k úspěšnému rozvoji obchodních aktivit vybrané firmy. This bachelor thesis deals with the development of business activities of the Naděje company regarding an opening of a rehabilitation centre. Theoretical part defines the main concepts which are significant to understanding this particular issue. In the analytical part, the company itself is presented and analysis of the inner and outer environment were made which are summarized into the SWOT analysis. The last part is devoted to opinions and recommendations for a successful development of the business activities of the particular company.
