Abstrakt: New approach to speech analysis and synthesis using the complex cepstral coefficients was implemented in a form of a vocoder based on complex cepstral coefficients. To test the results of this new vocoder a comparison with results of an existing vocoder based on real cepstral coefficients were done. This paper describes the structure of both vocoders and the results of performed tests.
