Práce se věnuje reparacím od Německa po Druhé světové válce. Otázka poválečných reparací se v posledních letech stala opět aktuální, především díky Polsku a Řecku, dvěma státům za války okupovaným Třetí říší. Tyto státy dnes vyjadřují nespokojenost s přídělem, který od vítězných velmocí po roce 1945 na reparacích získaly. Od roku 2018 navíc polská a řecká reparační komise spolupracuje ve snaze vyvíjet na SRN společný nátlak. Předmětem výzkumu této bakalářské práce jsou rozdíly ve způsobech, jakými státy se svými reparačními požadavky postupují, jaké argumenty používají a jak na oprávněnost těchto nároků pohlíží objektivní mezinárodní právo. Dále je stručně zmíněn také postoj vlády SRN k této otázce. Pro potřeby objasnění některých aspektů reparací po Druhé světové válce obsahuje práce ve své první, teoretické části také důkladnou charakteristiku pojmu reparace a popisuje nastavení reparačního systému po roce 1945. Důraz je přikládán vývoji v Polsku a Řecku. Na těchto příkladech lze rovněž pozorovat rozdíly v oddělených reparačních mechanismech Východu a Západu. Autor zde díky kritické práci se zdroji předkládá podstatné informace a poznatky z odborné literatury i pramenů ve formě mezinárodních dohod a smluv. V druhé části následuje jádro výzkumu, tedy komparace zmíněných aspektů vývoje reparační... This thesis deals with reparations from Germany after World War II. The issue of post- war reparations has again become relevant in recent years, mainly due to Poland and Greece, two states occupied by the Third Reich during the war. Today, these states express dissatisfaction with the ration of reparations they received as dictated by the victorious powers after 1945. Moreover, since 2018, the Polish and Greek Reparation Commissions are cooperating in an effort to exert joint pressure on Germany. The subject of research of this bachelor thesis are the differences in the way in which states proceed with their reparation demands, what arguments they use and how the legitimacy of these claims is viewed by objective international law. Furthermore, the position of the government of Germany on this issue is briefly mentioned. In its first, theoretical part, the thesis contains a thorough description of the concept of reparations and describes the establishment of the reparation system after 1945, in order to clarify some important aspects of reparations after the Second World War. Emphasis is placed on developments in Poland and Greece. These examples also show differences in the two separate reparation mechanisms of East and West.
