Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem inkluzivního vzdělávání z pohledu učitelů 1. stupně ZŠ. Cílem práce je zhodnotit postoj učitelů k této problematice, odhalit jejich potřeby a navrhnout opatření, kterými by bylo možné je uspokojit. Práce obsahuje dvě stěžejní části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část uvádí čtenáře do oblasti postavení osob s postižením v minulé i současné době a představuje způsob ukotvení základních práv těchto osob v mezinárodních smlouvách i legislativních opatřeních. Dále jsou v této části definovány základní pojmy související s inkluzivním vzděláváním a jedna kapitola je věnována samotnému učiteli a postojům, které si v rámci třídy vytváří. Výzkumná část na úvod seznamuje čtenáře s již provedenými výzkumy na podobné téma, dále podává popis použité metodologie v šetření a představuje data, která byla získána prostřednictvím rozhovorů s učiteli 1. stupně běžných základních škol. Výsledky výzkumu upozorňují na nedostatky ve způsobu vzdělávání učitelů 1. stupně, odhalují zejména absenci propojení oborů učitelství a speciální pedagogiky. Poukazují také na potřebu učitelů sdílet své zkušenosti a konzultovat je s kolegy, případně v rámci supervize s nestranným odborníkem. V neposlední řadě přináší doporučení na širší osvětu laické i odborné veřejnosti k tématu inkluzivního... The thesis deals with the topic of inclusive education from the perspective of primary school teachers. The aim of this work is to evaluate the attitude of teachers to this issue, to reveal their needs and to propose measures that could satisfy these needs. The thesis contains two main parts: theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part introduces to readers the position of persons with disabilities in the past and in the present and presents a way of anchoring the fundamental rights of these persons in international treaties and legislative actions. Furthermore, the basic concepts related to inclusive education are defined in this section and one chapter is devoted to the teacher himself and the attitudes he develops within the classroom. The research part introduces the researches on a similar topic, describes the methodology used in the survey and presents data obtained through interviews with primary school teachers. The results of the research point out the shortcomings in the way of education of primary school teachers, in particular reveal the absence of interconnection of the teaching and special education fields.
