Název: Rozhodovací proces florbalistů při nákupu florbalového vybavení Cíle: Hlavním cílem práce je prostřednictvím výzkumu získat odpovídající informace o zákaznících florbalového vybavení. Popsat jejich chování na českém trhu, co je ovlivňuje a jaký je jejich rozhodovací proces a následně poskytnout doporučení pro zlepšení obchodu s florbalovým vybavením. Metody: Práce využívá metodu kvantitativního výzkumu, konkrétně elektronické dotazování. Dotazník v jeho elektronické podobě byl sdílen na sociálních sítích, Facebook a Instagram a byl rozeslán do emailových schránek představitelů florbalových klubů, kteří dotazník rozšířili mezi členy svých ligových klubů, kteří tvoří primární cílovou skupinu. Výsledky: Výsledky výzkumu rozhodovacího procesu florbalistů při nákupu florbalového vybavení vypovídají o přerozdělení tuzemského trhu předních florbalových značek, informují o finanční investici, kterou respondenti každoročně do florbalu investují a především, kdy tyto investice jsou schopni provést. Výsledky nám nastiňují realitu florbalového trhu. Jsme schopni lépe určit tržní potenciál. Získané informace mohou výrazně pomoci florbalovým značkám a obchodním řetězcům, které tyto značky poskytují koncovým zákazníkům. Describe their behavior on the Czech market, what influences them and what their decision-making process is, and then provide recommendations for improving the business of selling floorball equipment. Methods: The work uses the method of quantitative research, specifically electronic questioning. The questionnaire in his electronic form was shared on social networks, Facebook and Instagram, and was sent to e-mail boxes of floorball club representatives, who distributed the questionnaire among their members, as members of the Czech league form the primary target group. Results: Research results, Floorball player's decision making process, when buying floorball equipment, tell us about Czech market redistribution of floorball brands, informing us about financial investments that customers invest in floorball and especially when these investments they are able to make. The results outline the reality of the floorball market. We are more able to determine the market potential.
