Tento příspěvek shrnuje nejnovější vývoj v identifikaci proteinových pojiv a organických barviv používaných v uměleckých dílech a stavebně-historických materiálech; jako dominantní metoda je zde užita hmotnostní spektrometrie. This paper reviews the latest progress in the identification of the proteinaceous materials and organic dyes presented in art and in historical building materials using mass spectrometry as a dominant method.
