Diplomová práce Romantické komedie a představy žen o partnerských vztazích se zabývá výzkumem generace matek a jejich dcer, které tento žánr sledují. Jako východisko tohoto výzkumu byla zvolena teorie feministické filmové kritiky, za jejíž hlavní představitelku je považována Laura Mulvey. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jak se recepce romantických komedií podílí na tvorbě představ o partnerských vztazích u generace matek a dcer. Jako relevantní metoda pro zajištění odpovědí na položené otázky je zvolena kvalitativní metoda, přičemž sběru dat se docílí pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Následná analýza bude vycházet především ze zakotvené teorie, která se jeví jako nejadekvátnější způsob pro vytvoření závěru výzkumu. The diploma thesis Romantic Movies and the Women's Vision of Partnership describes and discusses a study of two generations of women - mothers and their daughters - who watch this genre. Feminist film criticism theory, of which Laura Mulvey is considered to be the main representative, was selected as the foundation for this research. The aim of the research is to determine how the reception of romantic comedies helps to shape conceptions regarding intimate relationships for mothers and for their daughters. The qualitative method has been chosen as a relevant method for providing answers to the questions posed; meanwhile data is collected using semi-structured interviews. The subsequent analysis will primarily be based upon grounded theory, which shows itself to be the most appropriate method for producing the conclusion for this study.
