Hlavní záměr výzkumné studie je zjištění sociálních dovedností všeobecných sester pracujících na specializovaných odděleních - anesteziologie, resuscitace a na dalších odděleních intenzivní péče. Teoretická část se zabývá otázkou profesní přípravy a vzdělávání všeobecných sester v České republice. Kdo jsou všeobecné sestry a jak se připravují na svoji profesi? Jaké jsou odlišnosti v sesterské profesi? Dále se zde zaměřujeme na profesní přípravu sester v podmínkách Evropské unie. Nahlížíme na otázku osobnosti sestry, na proces jejího formování a utváření, dále pak na rozdíly u sesterské profese ve vazbě na genderové a rolové charakteristiky. Věnujeme zde pozornost i vlastnostem osobnosti všeobecné sestry a speciálním dovednostem všeobecných sester, zejména pak výše uvedeným sociálním dovednostem, které jsou hlavním tématem naší výzkumné studie. Zabýváme se rozvojem a utvářením sociálních dovedností v procesu života člověka, v našem případě sestry, a faktory, které tyto sociální dovednosti ovlivňují. Též riziky devalvace sociálních dovedností, jako je stres, syndrom burnout či nedostatečná psychohygiena. Důležité místo v oblasti sociálních dovedností mají i jejich limity. Pozornost zde věnujeme také komunikaci jako základnímu nástroji sociálních dovedností. A myslíme i na to, že hlavními... The main intent of the research study is to find out about social skills of registred nurses working at specialized wards - anaesthesiology, resuscitation and other wards of intensive care. In the theoretical part the article looks into the question of vocational preparation and professional education of registred nurses in the Czech Republic, who all are registred nurses and how they prepare for their profession. What differences there are in the profession of a nurse. The article is also concerned with the vocational preparation of nurses in the European Union. We address the question of nurse's personality, the question of her formation and creation, and also the differences with nurse's profession in relation to gender and role characteristics. The article inquires into the character features of a registred nurse and special skills of registred nurses and especially above mentioned social skills, which are the main topic of our research work. The article covers the development and formation of social skills in the course of a person's lifetime, in our case a nurse, and factors that influence them. The article also follows up the risks of devaluation of social skills like stress, burnout syndrome as well as insufficient psychic hygiene.
