[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce pojednává o kompetencích a vlastnostech potřebných při výkonu zaměstnání tiskového mluvčího ve veřejné knihovně. Cílem práce je analýza těchto kompetencí a sestavení kompetenčního profilu pracovníka. První část práce je teoretická a věnuje se především tématu public relations v neziskové sféře, pracovní pozici tiskového mluvčího a definici kompetencí a kompetenčního modelu. Praktická část je řešena formou kvalitativního výzkumu metodou strukturovaných rozhovorů se čtyřmi vybranými tiskovými mluvčími. Výsledkem je sestavení kompetenčního profilu pracovníka. Práce přináší odpověď na to, na co by se měl ve studiu orientovat možný uchazeč o tuto pracovní pozici.The bachelor thesis deals with the competencies and personality traits needed to perform the job of a public library spokesperson. The aim of the thesis is to analyze these competencies and to build the competency profile of an employee. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and focuses mainly on the topic of public relations in the non-profit sphere, the working position of the spokesperson and the definition of competence and competency model. The practical part is solved by qualitative research using structured interviews with four selected public library spokespeople. The result is the compilation of a worker's competency profile. The work stands for what a potential candidate should focus on during their study.
