Příspěvek je zaměřen na jednu z nejdůležitějších dimenzí otcovské role, a sice na dimenzi otce jako živitele, tedy konkrétně na změny, které rozchod rodičů zpravidla znamená pro tento rozměr otcovství. Jeho cílem je vnést určité porozumění do porozchodových situací a vysvětlit, jak rozvedení otcové chápou a interpretují své chování v roli živitele svých dětí po rozchodu. The text is dealing with one of the most important dimensions of father role – the dimension of father as the family breadwinner, and more specifically with the changes that the marital separation means for this dimension of fatherhood. Its aim is to bring more understanding into the after-separation situations, and to explain how divorced fathers understand and interpret their behavior in the role of breadwinner for their children after divorce.
