Tezke kovy a radionuklidy nelze chemicky degradovat a moznost jejich odstranení metodami in situ je tudiz znacne limitovana. V poslednich letech se stale více vyuzivaji rostliny a to nejen k biomonitoringu, ale i k remediaci. Heavy metals and radionuclides are not chemically degradable and possibility of their removing by in situ methods is limited. In the last years are increasingly used plants not only for biomonitoring, but also for remediation.
