Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl analyzovat rozdíly ve způsobu, jakým vnímají začínající a zkušení učitelé různé aspekty práce se třídou, jako je příprava na hodinu, motivace žáků, zvládání nekázně ve třídě a jaké používají metody výuky. Dále tato práce analyzuje způsob, jakým vnímají své začátky kariéry začínající učitelé v porovnání se zkušenými vyučujícími. Také se zaměřuje na mapování rozdílů ve vnímání profesního vývoje těchto dvou skupin vyučujících. V teoretické části práce jsou předloženy různé koncepty a teorie zabývající se definicí začínajícího a zkušeného učitele a periodizací vývoje učitelů. Prostor v ní je také věnován postihnutí rozdílů mezi začínajícími a zkušenými vyučujícími v jednotlivých aspektech práce se třídou. Ve výzkumné části je za pomocí rozhovorů s učiteli zjišťován způsob vnímání práce se třídou, profesních začátků a profesního vývoje u těchto dvou skupin vyučujících. Zjištěné poznatky o způsobu vnímání začínajících a zkušených učitelů jsou dále porovnávány s poznatky uvedenými v teoretické části této práce. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the differences between the novice and expert teacher's perspective on classroom teaching and management, such as lesson planning, students' motivation, dealing with indiscipline or teaching methods. Furthermore, the thesis analyses the way of how the novice teachers perceive their career starts and professional development in comparison to expert teachers. The theoretical part elaborates on various concepts and theories which are concerned with the definition of novice and expert teachers, as well as with the teachers' advancement. The theoretical part also captures contrasts in the various aspects of class work between the two mentioned groups. The empirical part is focused on the investigation of novice and expert teachers' way of perspective of classroom teaching and management, career starts and professional development. The results of the research are connected and compared with the knowledge as stated on the theoretical part of this thesis.
