Název: Vliv sportovní masáže na pozátěžovou bolest u dívek juniorské kategorie synchronizovaného plavání Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit vliv sportovní masáže na pozátěžovou bolest po zaměření tréninkové jednotky na rozvoj síly dolních končetin u dívek juniorské kategorie synchronizovaného plavání TJ Tábor a preferované možnosti regenerace. Metody: Pro sepsání této práce byl zvolen typ výzkumného plánu kvaziexperiment. U třech synchronizovaných plavkyň ve věku 16 - 17 let byl zkoumán vliv sportovní masáže na pozátěžovou bolest. Výzkumnému vzorku byly po přizpůsobených tréninkových jednotkách masírovány dolní končetiny. Jako metody sběru dat byly využity anamnéstický dotazník, Likertova škála a strukturovaný rozhovor. Výsledky: Výzkum došel k závěru, že určitý vliv sportovní masáž na pozátěžovou bolest měla. Pomocí Likertovy škály dívky hodnotily pozátěžovou bolest s využitím sportovní masáže. Všechny tři synchronizované plavkyně masáž hodnotily pozitivně, nejlépe vyhodnotily masáž celé dolní končetiny. Ze strukturovaného rozhovoru bylo zjištěno, že by probandky aktivní regeneraci v podobě sportovní masáže v tréninkových jednotkách uvítaly. Methods: Design quasiexperiment was chosen as a type of research for the preparation of this work. There was researched the effect of sports massage on DOMS on three synchronized swimmers aged 16 - 17 years. This researched sample went through the massage of legs after adapted training units. There were used anamnesis questionnaire, Likert scale and a structured interview as data collection methods. Results: The research proved the real sports massage effect on DOMS. Using a Likert scale girls evaluated DOMS with the use of sports massage. All three synchronized swimmers evaluated the massage positively, they appreciated the massage of the entire lower extremity as the best. The structured interview showed, that the synchronized swimmers would appreciate an active regeneration in the form of sports massage as a part of their training units.
