Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem neformální dlouhodobé péče o osoby se zdravotním postižením v České republice. Za první cíl si autorka klade tuto nekoncepčně řešenou problematiku popsat a potvrdit v evropských státech převládající tendence k refamilizaci a deinstitucionalizaci v oblasti péče o závislé i v českém prostředí. Dále se snaží za pomoci provedených rozhovorů s neformálními pečujícími a s pracovníky vybraných sociálních služeb identifikovat hlavní problémové oblasti systému dlouhodobé neformální péče. Velký důraz je v rámci diplomové práce přikládán cílové skupině neformálních pečovatelů. Ti se při výkonu často fyzicky a psychicky náročné péče o závislou osobu se zdravotním postižením setkávají s mnohými překážkami, ať se jedná o kooperaci se systémem formální péče (sociální a zdravotní služby), nedostatek finančních prostředků, snížení kvality jejich života či také o nedostatečné uznání jejich statusu ze strany společnosti a státu. Neformální pečující jsou na základě teoretických východisek, ale i výsledků provedeného výzkumu představeni autorkou jako neviditelní aktéři české veřejné politiky. This diploma thesis deals with the system of the informal long-term care for people with disabilities in the Czech Republic. The first aim of the diploma thesis is to describe this non-conceptually solved issue and confirm the European prevalent tendencies to refamilization and deinstitutionalization in the Czech Republic. Author tries to identify the main problems within the system of informal long-term care through interviews conducted with informal carers and workers from selected social services. The diploma thesis emphasizes the target population of informal carers, who face many obstacles, whether it is the cooperation between the systems of formal and informal care, lack of finances, deterioration of quality of life or insufficient recognition of the status of informal carers from the society and the state. Informal carers are presented on the basis of theoretical perspectives as well as the results of conducted research as the invisible stakeholders of the Czech public policy.
