Study is concerned with a development of the Czech nourishment science in 1950s and 1960s, especially on the basis of contemporary scientific discours. It pays attention to a political context of opinions, maintained by various contemporary experts. Práce se zabývá vývojem české vědy o výživě v 50. a 60. letech 20. století, především na základě analýzy dobového odborného diskursu. Pozornost je věnována i politickému kontextu názorů zastávaných jednotlivými odborníky působícími v dané době.
