NÁZEV: Blízcí a jejich podpora člověku s těžkým tělesným postižením AUTOR: Jana Rázková KATEDRA: Katedra speciální pedagogiky VEDOUCÍ PRÁCE: PhDr. Monika Mužáková, Ph.D. ABSTRAKT: Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji podpoře člověka s těžkým tělesným postižením, který žije ve své rodině. V teoretické části popisuji rodinu, tělesné postižení, psychosociální aspekty postižení, dopad na osoby blízké, sociální a respitní služby. Teoretické informace vhodně doplňuji poznatky z explorace naší rodiny. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je seznámení se s problematikou života člověka s tělesným postižením v domácím prostředí, dopad na rodinný život, pocity a postoje osob, které se ocitly v nové životní situaci. V praktické části se zaměřuji na život naší rodiny, nové životní situace, změny hodnot, priorit. Zpracuji kazuistiku mojí matky, uvádím rozhovory se členy rodiny (manželem, dětmi), doplňuji vlastním pohledem na tento způsob života. Pro ucelený pohled popisuji i běžný den člověka s postižením s rodinou či s asistentkou. Všechny části průběžně hodnotím. V závěru mé práce uvádím vyvození důsledků na rodinný život se členem s postižením. Důsledky rozděluji na ty, které jdou všeobecně přenést na všechny rodiny s podobnou problematikou a na ty, které jsou ovlivněny charakterem, individuálním postojem jedince s tělesným... TITLE: Support of human being with heavy bodily handicap and their family AUTHOR: Jana Rázková DEPARTMENT: Department of Special Education SUPERVISOR: PhDr. Monika Mužáková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: In my bachelor thesis I focus on the support of a person with a severe physical disability who lives with his or her family. In the theoretical part, I describe the family, physical disability, psychosocial aspects of disabilities, impact on relatives, and social and respite services. The findings of the observation in our family complement theoretical information. The aim of my thesis is to get familiar with the issues of the life of a person with physical disorder at home, the impact on the family life, feelings and attitudes of the people who have appeared in a new life situation. In the practical part, I focus on the life of our family, new life situations and changes of our values and priorities. I undertake the case study of my mother, state the interviews with my family members (my husband and children), and add my own point of view on this way of life. For an integrated view, I also describe a daily routine of a person with a disorder supported by the family or an assistant. I continuously evaluate all the parts of the text.
