Jan Trnka, "Německo-čínský státoprávní dialog: Kvantitativní analýza projektové náplně, 2000-2010" (bakalářská práce, Univerzita Karlova, 2011): 57 s. Německo-čínský státoprávní dialog (Deutsch-Chinesischer Rechtsstaatsdialog) tvoří od roku 2000 jednu z hlavních os německo-čínských vztahů. Třebaže se pozornost upírá zejména na každoroční oficiální konference, jeho podstatu tvoří německé a čínské vládní i nevládní instituce (ministerstva, univerzity, nadace, profesní a hospodářská sdružení) organizující desítky praktických projektů (právní poradenství, semináře, publikace a překlady, studijní programy aj.), jež se liší v profilu svých účastníků, formách i tématech. Cílem práce je poskytnout dílčí odpovědi na otázku, zda základní charakteristiky projektů odpovídají počátečním lidskoprávním cílům státoprávního dialogu. V normativní části proto práce zkoumá obecné motivy ke vzniku státoprávního dialogu a jeho počáteční podmínky. Následný podrobný popis základních kvantitativních charakteristik s korelačními analýzami zapojených organizací a projektů (formy, témata, účastníci) pak prvotní cíle konfrontuje. Práce dochází k závěru, že současná projektová náplň je sice relevantní vůči státoprávní tématice, avšak v naprosté většině případů se nezabývá explicitními cíli dialogu stanovenými na jeho počátku... During the last 10 years, the German-Chinese Rule of Law Dialogue (Deutsch-Chinesischer Rechtsstaatsdialog) has developed into one of the most significant axes of Sino-German relations. Although the attention is paid to its yearly official symposia, its core is has been formed by various state actors, academic institutions and NGOs that have administrated its long-term projects (such as consulting service in various fields of rule of law, but also research in international law, translation of both sides' legislation, joint curricula etc.). Naturally, these partial projects differ significantly in its thematic scope, profile of attendees and also in its formats. Therefore, the thesis is focused on providing at least partial answers to most pressing issues, the dialogue faces today which is the thematic relevance and measurable achievements of its primary objectives. Firstly, the analysis focuses on broader historical, political and practical motives for the establishment of the rule of law dialogue.
