Tématem této diplomové práce je vývoj vnímání vlastního těla u žáků mladšího školního věku jako prevence poruch příjmu potravy. Cílem této práce je zjistit postoje žáků ke stravování, zjistit jejich nutriční návyky a spokojenost s vlastním tělem vzhledem poruchám příjmu potravy. Teoretická část se zabývá poruchami příjmu potravy. Popisuje vývoj, příčiny, diagnostická kriteria, etiologii, průběh i léčby mentální anorexie a mentální bulimie. Dále se zabývá způsobem a vnímáním vlastního těla - body image. Druhá část zahrnuje vlastní výzkumné šetření, které je orientováno žákům 1. stupně základních škol s cílem zjistit jejich nutriční návyky, postoje jídlu a spokojenost s vlastním tělem. V poslední části diplomové práce je navržen program vzdělávacího oboru Výchova ke zdraví v rámci 1.stupně základní školy, v němž jsou uvedeny náměty, které jsou koncipované především výchově ke zdravým stravovacím návykům, zdravému způsobu života, osobnostnímu a sociálnímu rozvoji žáků v rámci budoucí prevence poruch příjmu potravy. Součástí diplomové práce jsou přílohy. Klíčová slova - poruchy příjmu potravy, nutriční návyky, postoje jídlu, spokojenost s vlastním tělem, sebedůvěra. The topic of my diploma thesis is the development of the perception of 6 to 10-year-old childrens' own body as a prevention of the food intake disorder. The aim of this work is to discover pupils' attitude to feeding, to find out their nitrituous habits and the satisfaction with their own body with respect to the food intake disorder. The theoretical part deals with the food intake disorder. It describes the development, causes, reasons, diagnostic criteria, etiology, a process and a treatment of anorexia nervosa and bulimy. It also considers the way of the perception of one's own body-body image. The second part includes my own research that is directed to the children at primary schools (at the age of 6 to 10) with the aim to discover their nutrituous habits, attitudes to eating and satisfaction with their own body. In the last part of my work there is a suggestion of the programme for the prevention of food intake within the primary schools'children (at the age of 6 to 10). You can find here tips and suggestions for the work with pupils within the frame of the educational content "A human and his world" - area "A human and his health".
