Abstrakt: [cze][eng] Hudebni vzdelaváni rna v Ceske republice dlouholetou tradici. Jeho cHern je v dnesni dobe nejen rozvoj osobnostnich vloh a schopnosti predevsim deti a mladych lidi cimz prispiva k vytvareni kulturni a umelecke platformy spolecnosti. Jde take 0 vytvoreni pozitivniho vztahu k hudebnim Cinnostem a hudbe vubec, aby se tyto aktivity staly soucasti zivotniho stylu jedince. Pozitivni zazitky z hudebnfch cinnosti mohou tomuto nasmerovani jedince pomoci. Hudebni vzdelavani se realizuje na hudebnim oboru v zakladnfch umeleckych skolach (dale jen ZUS). Rigorozni prace se zabyva problematikou motivace hlubokym zaujetim cinnosti flow a tyto poznatky se snazi vyuzit v hudebnim vzdelaváni. DalSim predmetem zajmu jsou konkr6tni faktory podporujici navozeni stavu flow pfi cviceni na hudebni nastroj. Jsou hledány souvislosti jednak mezi osobnostni vybavou zaka a schopnosti zazivat flow pri autoregulovanem cviceni na nastroj, jednak je zkoumá vliv vychovne-vzdelavaciho stylu ucitele na tento typ motivace.The musical education has a long tradition in the Czech Republic. Nowadays its aim is not only the development of personality abilities and competences of children and young people so it helps to make cultural and artistic platform of the society, but it is also focused on making positive relations to music and musical activities and its integration into a person's lifestyle. Positive experiences from musical activities can help a person to be directed in this way. The musical education takes place in elementary artistic schools (ZUS). The thesis is focused on questions of motivation through deep absorption into a ,,/low" activity and how to use this in musical education. It is also focused on concrete factors that support the induction into the ,,/low" state while practising on a musical instrument. In the thesis are also described the relations between students personality and his or her ability to experience the ,,/low" state during the self-controlled musical instrument practise and the influence of teacher's educational and pedagogical style on this type of motivation
