Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na stanovení rozdílů v jednotlivých způsobech oceňování v dané lokalitě (statutární město Olomouc). V této lokalitě bylo pro účely diplomové práce vybráno 15 garáží. První část práce se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů a teoretické seznámení s jednotlivými druhy ocenění. Způsoby ocenění byly dle zadání práce zvoleny: nákladový, porovnávací dle vyhlášky a porovnávací dle databáze. V další části jsou pak charakterizovány jednotlivé vybrané garáže a je provedeno jejich ocenění. Na základě získaných dat jsou pak v závěru práce vyhodnoceny odlišnosti a jejich příčiny mezi danými způsoby ocenění. Master thesis is focused on determination of differences in ways of valuation in city Olomouc. Fifteen garages were used to price estimate in this city. The first part of work deals with basic terms and theoretical definition of methods of valuation. Due to instructions of the work, the methods of valuation were chosen: cost method, comparison according to law and comparison based on databases. In the following parts are described chosen garages and there is undertaken evaluation. Differences of ways of valuation and their causes, which are based on obtained data, are discussed at the end of work.
