Zařízení slouží pro 3D snímání fluorescenčních biologických vzorků. Pro excitaci fluorescenčních barviv jsou použity 3 lasery o vlnových délkách vhodných pro biologické vzorky. Obraz je snímán vysoce citlivou CCD kamerou. Přepínání mezi jednotlivými budícími lasery je řízenopočítačem. Pozorovaný vzorek je uchycen v držáku umístěném na čtyř-osovém stolku (3 osy pro pohyb vzorku, 1 osa rotace kolem osy vzorku). Zařízení slouží ke snímání obrazů vzorku v jednotlivých polohách daných polohou stolku. The equipment is used for 3D scanning of fluorescence in biological samples. Three lasers with wavelengths suitable for biological samples are used for the excitation of fluorescent dyes. The image is scanned by a highly sensitive CCD camera. Switching between different excitation lasers is controlled by a computer. The observed sample is held in a holder mounted on a four-axis table (3 axes for moving a sample, one axis of rotation around the axis of the sample). The equipment is used to capture images of the sample in different positions of the positioning table.
