Práce se věnuje analýze nákladů a přínosů dopravního projektu. Jejím cílem, je zjistit, jaký měla realizace projektu dopad na rozvoj regionu a jaká byla její efektivnost. Vybranými faktory, kterými se rozbor především zabývá je nehodovost, spotřeba pohonných hmot, produkce emisí CO2 motorovými vozidly a čas. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část je teoretická. Věnuje se významu a vlivy dopravní infrastruktury na regionální rozvoj. Opírá se zejména o praktické studie dopravních projektů z různých zemí světa. Vedle toho jsou zde představeny vybrané druhy projektových analýz a různých přístupů k nim. Ve druhé části je představena metodika práce - základní principy Cost-benefit analýzy a její výpočet. V praktické části práce jsou nejprve prezentovány jednotlivé faktory a vstupní data pro výpočty. Všechna data jsou získana ze stránek ČSÚ anebo vlastním měřením. V závěru je představena analýza veškerých nákladů a přínosů projektu. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the costs and benefits of a transport project. Its goal is to find out the final impact of the project on the development of the region and what was its effectiveness. I have chosen following factors for analysis namely: accident frequency, fuel consumption, CO2 emissions from motor vehicles and time. The work is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical. First part discusses the importance and effects of transport infrastructure on regional development. It is based mainly on the practical study of transport projects in different countries around the world. In addition, there are presented selected types of project analysis including different approaches. The methodology of work is descripted in the second part of the thesis, basic principles of cost -benefit analysis with calculation. In the practical part of the thesis there are presented factors and input data for calculations. All data are obtained from ČSÚ website or from my own measurements. The analysis of all costs and benefits of the project are situated in the conclusion.
