Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat podnikatelské prostředí a zachytit specifika obchodního jednání a kulturní zvyklosti francouzského regionu Rhône-Alpes a také zjistit, zda je region vhodný pro vstup českých podnikatelů na trh. Výsledná práce by mohla sloužit jako příručka pro potenciální investory, podnikatele a obchodní zástupce. Vlastní text je členěn do sedmi kapitol. Úvodní kapitola podává základní přehled o regionu z hlediska administrativního, geografického, demografického a historického. Druhá kapitola analyzuje ekonomické prostředí, průmysl, zemědělství, infrastrukturu, cestovní ruch a zahraniční obchod regionu. Obsahem třetí kapitoly je zhodnocení technologického prostředí, které má v regionu velmi významné postavení. Čtvrtá kapitola se soustředí na obchodní zvyklosti a etiketu a na kulturní specifika, jejichž porozumění je důležité pro úspěšnou obchodní spolupráci. Pátá kapitola hodnotí atraktivitu podnikatelského prostředí a uvádí jeho silné a slabé stránky. Šestá kapitola se věnuje spolupráci mezi Českou republikou a regionem. Poslední kapitola obsahuje dotazník a výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Práce čerpá z českých i zahraničních knižních a internetových zdrojů, statistik a indexů mezinárodních organizací a je doplněna o informace pana Martina Dytrycha z Francouzsko-české obchodní komory a osobní zkušenosti podnikatelů. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyse the entrepreneurial environment and outline specifics of business negotiation and cultural customs of the French region Rhône-Alpes and also to verify the theory that the region is suitable for entrance of Czech entrepreneurs. The paper could serve as a comprehensive guide for potencial investors, entrepreneurs and business representatives. The body of the thesis is divided into seven chapters. The introductory chapter provides basic characteristics of the region from the administrative, geographic, demographic and historic point of view. The second chapter analyses economical environment, industry, agriculture, infrastructure, tourism and foreign trade of the region. The content of the third chapter is evalution of technological environment that plays a very important role in the region. The fourth chapter is focused on business customs, etiquette and cultural specifics, whose knowledge is essential for successful business cooperation. The fifth chapter evaluates attractiveness of the entrepreneurial environment and names its strengths and weaknesses. The sixth chapter is dedicated to cooperation between the Czech Republic and the region. The last chapter contains questionnaire and results of questionnaire inquiry. The paper is based on Czech and foreign books and internet sources, statistics made by international organizations and is amended by information provided by Mr. Martin Dytrych from the French-Czech Business Chamber and personal experience of entrepreneurs.
