Významným doplněním české autorskoprávní úpravy, reflektujícím nástup digitálních technologií, je rozšíření oblastí, v nichž bude nově vykonávána tzv. rozšířená kolektivní správa usnadňující licencování některých způsobů užití děl knihovnami. Na základě kolektivních hromadných smluv mezi Národní knihovnou a kolektivními správci DILIA a OOA-S budou moci knihovny navzájem sdílet a zpřístupňovat veřejnosti nejen digitalizovaná díla z vlastních knihovních fondů, ale i díla z fondů jiných knihoven.

Kylie McCardel This thesis will discuss the impacts of whistleblower Edward Snowden from his 2013 leaks of confidential documents to global media. In context of these leaks, this thesis will seek to determine the resulting changes and advancements made in the field of whistleblowing, as well as highlight other important whistleblowers in primarily American history to demonstrate the importance of their actions over the years for legislative change. Additionally, this thesis will also examine how corporations and private citizens have reacted to the Snowden revelations, with emphasis on the corporations' reactions following several major events in American society, as these entail the potential data leak from private devices.

The thesis deals with the issue of information security management system and determination of the current level of cybersecurity maturity and determination of risk areas. The theoretical part contains the basic background and concepts of the whole thesis. The chapter of the current state analysis introduces the organization and describes the current state of its information security management system and risk management. The actual design of the solution is a tool created in MS Excel that allows the organization to determine the current level of risk.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of the security measures and remote access of the company. On the basis of this analysis it‘s boundaries have been defined, the individual assets, security threats and risks have been identified and current security measures evaluated. In the practical part of the thesis, I’m going to propose suggestions for improvement of the measurements. These measures should help the company with the protection of the assets and lower the risks of damage.

Criminal law aspects of data electronization in healthcare Abstract Continuous spread of information and communication technologies into all aspects of everyday life goes hand in hand with importance of data and information. This trend can be also observed in the healthcare sector which has recently experienced massive electronization. However, along with electronization, respective criminal law aspects are developing as well. Relevancy of this issue can be clearly demonstrated on the recent cyber-attacks on healthcare providers, which seriously jeopardize valuable data in healthcare. The aim of this work is to set forth comprehensive summary of criminal aspects of data electronization in healthcare with emphasis on the importance of electronization phenomenon, the issue of cybercrime and selected crimes that may be committed in connection with data electronization. This work also aims at highlighting negative impact of electronization in the global information society. This thesis deals with the design of the corporate network infrastructure to improve its security against potential threats and attacks from both internal and external part of the network and to prevent leak of the sensitive information, so that, to accomplished the requirements of the current GDPR legislation. The proposal includes simplifying identity and access management of the users to the corporate resources and unified, well-arranged management from the side of the network administrators using modern and advanced tools to alert in the real time on unexpected events and anomalies on the network. Solution is implemented in the Microsoft Azure service environment and its funcionality has been verified based on the relevant penetration tests.

Bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of information security management system and evaluation of the current state using a created tool. The theoretical part contains the basic principles and concepts of the whole work. The chapter on the analysis of the current state introduces the organization and describes the current state of its information security management system. The actual design of the solution is a tool in the form of an Excel spreadsheet, which will allow an analysis of the current state of the ISMS implementation level in the company.
