Influencers in destination marketing
The bachelor thesis focuses on the use of influencers as a part of marketing in tourist destination Vltavotýnsko. The theoretical part of the thesis focused on concepts like tourism, social media, and topics related to influencer marketing. The practical part is based on observations, structured interviews, and focus group. Based on these findings, recommendations are developed for collaborating with regional influencers, which can enhance the destination's cooperation with these personalities on social media.

Bachelor´s thesis „Marketing Mix of Town Austerlitz and the Surrounding Area“ focuses on modification of the current marketing mix of tourism and proposing products for a tourist destination, which would increase tourism in Austerlitz and its surroundings, and which would help to develop business. In order to create the right marketing mix, it is necessary to analyze the present state of tourism, competition, demand and prepare SWOT analysis. After evaluating the results, it is possible to compile proposals for products that will help increase tourism. In the end, the marketing mix will be applied to on of the newly proposed products.
International Marketing Strategy Proposal of the Selected Company

The diploma thesis deals with propose of adjustments in international marketing strategy. The aim of the diploma thesis is to make a proposal of a new regular flights from the international Brno Airport. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts, theoretical, analysis of the current state and proposal. The first part presents a theoretical background summarizing the knowledges obtained from literature. The following section characterizes the current situation of the airport, analyses are made, and the results of my own research are presented. Based on the results of analytical part, there is created a proposal for new scheduled flights.
User experience dizajn digitálneho produktu a jeho vplyv na správanie zákazníka v cestovnom ruchu

The bachelor thesis investigates the impact of the implementation of user experience (UX) design principles in a digital tourism product on the visitor's decision-making process when choosing which attractions to visit. In relation to this, the thesis seeks to find out how these findings can be used to improve the distribution of visitors in the Lednice – Valtice area. The thesis includes an analysis of existing digital tourism products in the Lednice – Valtice area, including user testing of one of the products and an analysis of the destination management situation in the Lednice – Valtice area. Using knowledge from the analysis and theory, the thesis proposes a new digital solution for the destination based on one of the existing products. To verify the results, an interactive prototype of a mobile application is created using Figma. The prototype is then user-tested to determine the impact of implementing selected user experience principles on customer decision making. Testing is conducted with a selected group of users, based on predefined scenarios. Based on the results, recommendations for destination management in the Lednice – Valtice area are formulated. The work contributes to the understanding of the role of UX design principles in the tourism industry and provides practical recommendations for the optimization of visitor distribution in this particular destination.

Plchotová, L. Loyalty of the visitor to the destination. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The diploma thesis evaluates visitor loyalty in the tourist destination south Moravia. The sub-objectives are to identify visitor satisfaction with the destination and to specify quality factors that influence visitor loyalty to the destination. Firstly, a literature search, an analysis of the current state of south Moravia, and an evaluation of a questionnaire survey, in which 1913 respondents took part, were carried out. The factors that have a major influence on visitor loyalty and satisfaction are identified through regression analysis. A correlation of factors in tourist areas is made. The data obtained are compared with each other, and recommendations for destination management and tourism service providers are formulated.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the influences on the inbound demand for Barcelona, which is one of the key tourist destinations in Spain. Both economic and non-economic factors affect inbound demand. Regression analysis and the method of least squares (OLS) were used to identify the factors influencing demand. The analysis results showed that there is a significant correlation between the average temperature at the destination and arrivals in Barcelona. The inbound demand was also significantly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, which reduced the number of arrivals.

Zemanová, N. Service quality and visitor satisfaction in the tourist destination Pec pod Sněžkou. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. This Bachelor thesis deals with quality of service and satisfaction of visitors in the tourist destination Pec pod Sněžkou. Basic concepts from the issue of ser-vice quality and satisfaction of visitors are defined and the current state of the destination as well. The work includes a semi-structured interview with a repre-sentative of the municipality of Pec pod Sněžkou and a questionnaire survey on the service quality and overall satisfaction of visitors. Its evaluation was carried out using statistical methods and recommendations are then made on how to in-crease the quality of services and thus the overall cooperation of visitors.
