Návrh a implementace adaptivního API pro detekci objektů

This thesis deals with the problem of object detection on any device, regardless of its performance. In the development part, an adaptive server that can provide this functionality to connected devices and two Android-based applications were implemented to test the server. The thesis also describes the theoretical articles dealing with the problem at hand, the design of the whole functionality of the server and the applications, the libraries for the development of the different parts, and last but not least, a~description of the implementation and some examples of testing, including the results that were achieved.

The aim of this diploma thesis is the improvement of a coursework correction tool used in ENC-TG - Graph Theory course. This subject is taught during the follow-up master's degree at the Institute of Informatics at the Mendel University in Brno. The tool will streamline and automate the entire process of correcting algorithms submitted by students attending this course. Part of this thesis delves into graph theory and graph algorithms discussed in the exercises. The result of this diploma work is a web application running on the school server. This application examines submitted algorithms by comparing their results with correct solution employing newly generated graph structures that are initialized using selected parameters.

The thesis deals with the design and implementation of a web application to support software team in ensuring the quality of software products. The application provides users with possibilities to create projects, requirements, risks, test cases and relationships between them. The main benefits of the application includes a wide range of customisations for demands of a specific project. The application consists of several services that run in a Docker environment. Client part of the application is implemented in TypeScript using frameworks Vue.js and Quasar.js. The server side of the application is implemented in Python using modern framework FastAPI.
Výuka Pythonu na ÚBMI FEKT VUT

Předmět Algoritmizace a programování je vyučován v 1. ročníku bakalářského studia na ÚBMI, FEKT VUT. Jeho cílem je osvojení si programovacích návyků, seznámení s programovacím jazykem Python a řešení jednoduchých algoritmizačních úloh. Dále také předmět studenty seznamuje s verzovacím nástrojem Git, který je pak zejména klíčový při vybraných bodovaných aktivitách během semestru jako jsou např. domácí úkoly nebo půlsemestrální test. V rámci nich je Git využíván pro vytváření revizí a odesílání revizí na platformu GitHub, kde následně probíhá ohodnocení daného úkolu pomocí automatických testů. Student tak ihned získává zpětnou vazbu k řešení jeho úkolu a učiteli odpadá nutnost všechny úkoly ručně opravovat. V tomto příspěvku bude představena osnova předmětu Algoritmizace a programování a také systém pro automatické ohodnocení odevzdaného úkolu studenty.
Advanced network device scanner

The master thesis focuses on problem of identifying device types on a local network. The work explores current methods for device recognition on local networks and examines a survey of open-source tools capable of identifying these devices or gathering additional supplementary information. The discovered tools are compared based on several criteria. Furthermore, a laboratory environment is created for testing the identified tools as well as for testing own implementation. Subsequently, this thesis presents a proposal for the own implementation of a device identification method and the retrieval of advanced information about these devices. The main part of the work focuses on describing several possible methods of device identification, including practical examples. Scripting of the practical examples is implemented in Python or through the command line. Based on the outlined approaches, the thesis presents a list of all recognized devices from the experimental setup. Finally, the methods are compared in terms of network utilization during scanning.

Automatic diagnosis of the 12-lead ECG using deep learning

The aim of this diploma thesis is to investigate the problematics of automatic ECG diagnostics, namely on twelve-lead recordings. This problem is solved by standard methods such as random forest, artificial neural networks or K-nearest neighbors. However, thanks to its ability to independently extract symptoms, deep learning methods are also popular. All these methods are described in the theoretical part. In the practical part, deep learning models were designed, functionality support was verified using data from the PhysioNet database. Two pilot models were created and subsequently optimized. From the entire parameter optimization procedure, three models are available, of which the best accuracy achieves an F1 score of 87.35% and 83.7%, and the second best achieves an F1 score of 77.74% and an accuracy of 84.53%. The results achieved are discussed and compared with those of similar publications.
