Upbringing and education of children with cephalonia

Upbringing and education children with cephalonia The children with cephalonia develop slowly but they are very sensitive and perceptive. Their upbringing and education is very discussed problem at present. Every men is an unique personality and every men is entitled to the full-value life with the education and the love and it applies also to people with cephalonia. The main subject of the diploma thesis was to describe the general information about the cephalonia (aetiology, classification, possibilities of education of people with cephalonia). The practical part of the diploma thesis has two goals. The first goal was to find out and describe the situation of skilled employees in the educational institutions for children with cephalonia. The second goal was to find out and describe the level of the special pedagogic care of children with cephalonia (especially using of alternative therapies). Both of goals were achieved. The diploma thesis verified two existing hypothesis together. The basic technique of data collection was the questionnaire for teacher in the educational institutions for children with cephalonia in the Zlín region. The secondary analysis of the methodical materials and the educational programmes in the special schools in Zlín region was the next used method. The hypothesis no.1 (There is lack of skilled employees in the educational institutions for children with cephalonia) was overcame. The most of interviewed special pedagogues had requisite qualification according to law and the others studied for this qualification by their employment. The hypothesis no.2 (The alternative therapies are not using enough in the educational institutions for children with cephalonia) was confirmed. According to the secondary analysis of the methodical materials the particulars of the alternative therapies are using because these particulars of therapies are parts of the curriculum for children with special needs. But the research results that quarter of informants don{\crq}t use the alternative therapies and they don{\crq}t have the appropriate qualification for it. The results of this diploma thesis could have been using as an information brochure for parents and teachers of children with cephalonia.
The Analysis of Training System in the Chosen Firm

The aim of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the training system and human resources management in a chosen firm {--} Jihočeská Plynárenská, a. s. One part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of costs of education of employees and the evaluation of purposefulness and appropriateness of the investments in the training sessions. Today is education very important for achievement of enterprise{\crq}s goals. Qualified employees can be considered as valuable asset not only for the firm but also for the whole society. Professional care of employees includes permanent extension of acquired knowledge. Head workers should prepare individual plan of personal development for every employee. They should also motivate the employees to be interested in further education. If employees participate in planning of education scheme in the firm then they are active trainee. Knowledge, skills and abilities of employees are a competitive advantage of a company. Future of a firm highly depends on specialists, who will be able to apply their knowledge in practice.

The final thesis focuses on thema education and development of employees. The aim is to define these terms and explain the main theoretical approaches to education and development of employees. The first part of final thesis states new knowledge which were afterwards applied into practice during the research. Research, based on questionnaire completed by employees, is aimed at evaluation of project efficiency in a concrete company. The goal of project is to implement a new education strategy. At the end of practical part the survey results and improvement suggestions to project are described.
The Role of Education in Todays' Society: Example of the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis examines whether and how does the Czech educational system respond to the growing cultural diversity of the Czech society. At the theoretical level, it defines the role of Education in a Multicultural society and within the implementation of Multicultural policy. The main part of the work consists of analysis of schoolbooks for the subjects History, Civics and Literature. Insitutional pespective, analysis of school curriculum and a case study focusing on faculties of Pedagogy are also considered. The thesis concludes that the concept of the Czech Educational system is monocultural and thus not responsive to the change of social reality. A few strategic and concrete steps deriving from the outcomes of the analysis and a comparative approach are presented. These steps should help to switch from a monocultural educational system to a multicultural one. The author argues that key changes need to be realized in the field of future teacher traning as well as in the area of schoolbooks, that are currently largely reproducing cultural stereotypes and that don't reflect culturally plural composition of the society.
Education and Educational System in Zlín Region and its Connection with Labour Market

The thesis "Education and Educational System in Zlín Region and its Connection with Labour Market" describes and analyses the educational system and the labour market in Zlín Region. The main goal is to answer a question whether there is a connection between the educational system and the labour market in Zlín Region. The first part of the thesis provides basic pedagogical terms, basic terms of the labour market and it demonstrates the role of education in the labour market and in the regional development. It continues with the description of the educational system in the Czech Republic and its legislative regulations. The third part characterizes all levels of the educational system in Zlín Region. The last part of the thesis is focused on the development of the labour market in Zlín Region and on the analysis of free job positions. From the results of the thesis it implies that there is a connection between the educational system and the labour market in Zlín Region and at the same time that there is an effort to adapt the educational system, especially in secondary education, so it can better reflect needs and demands of the labour market.
