The aim is to create a feasibility study of investment project of a new, modern technology based on a cooling of a bakery products and to assess its feasibility and effectivness. The rusult of this thesis will be a recommendation for the company, whether to implement the project or not.

Theoretical part of this thesis describes an individual funds and policies of European Union. This part also defines the basic informations from Project management. The aim of the practical part is prepare a feasibility study of the project. This project will be co-financed from EU Funds. After that the whole process will be assessed. In the end of the thesis is processed the whole procedure of submission the request from the Business and Innovation Programme through the CzechInvest agency.

Evaluation of economic efficiency of business project

The thesis concems about investments and their effectiveness. The goal of the thesis is to find out whether it is worth to make the investment. The project deals with the reconstruction of a public cultural house in which three new apartments are build into. Cost of reconstruction, rental rates will be quantified and then mortage loan will be determined. This information wil be used for further calculations and the result will be an evaluation of the investment. The result of this work is to determine if the investment is really effective.

One of the sections of this thesis brings out necessary description and break down of the development activities and risks that are part of the development projects. Substantial part of the thesis aims on the evaluation of the projected profits (revenues) from the sales of the residential apartment units. Section studies all factors that have impact on the cost, e.g. locality, architectural disposition and more. Practical section of the thesis explains and comments on evaluation of the development project "residential house" Pilot 3 and projection of the revenues of this project.

The diplome thesis deals with determination of economic efficiency of the project. This si a project of completion in the sports, recreation, hiking and biking. The theoretical part begins by a chapter describing preparation and implementation phases of the project. The following chapter is an overview of the methods that can be used to assess projects. The most of attention is given to the feasibility study as one of the methods for assessing projects. In the theoretical part is a list of indicators of evaluation of the project and a separated chapter with cost benefit analysis. The practical part focuses on the evaluation of the project, the assessment of cash flow and the resulting financial and economic evaluation of the project.
