Villa Park Olomouc, technological stage of the substructure

The bachelor's thesis is processed on the basis of the project documentation provided, which addresses the construction of nine apartment buildings connected by an underground garage. The building is located in the new residential development VilaPark Tabulový Vrch, which represents a set of three-storey villas. The houses are based on pilots carried out by continuous spiral worm - CFA technology. The pilots are joined by a subterranean concrete structure made of water-based concrete, and above ground they form a monolithic structure combined with masonry. The roof is designed as a flat, non-errand. The cladding of the buildings is done by the contact cladding system ETICS. The work addresses the technological stage of the lower construction. A technical report is prepared, the construction situation with wider links of transport routes, technological regulations for earthworks and piloting by cfa method, the design of a machine assembly for the whole lower structure, control and test plans for earthworks and piloting and safety of work. The work also includes an acreage statement, an appropriations budget, a time plan for the construction and the organization of the construction for the lower construction with the construction site equipment and balance of resources.

Implementation of the Roofing of the Stable for Cattle in Studenec

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of a construction technological project for the roofing of a cattle stable in Studenec. The work contains a technical report focusing on the installation of the roof structure, the construction situation with broader relations of transport routes, technological regulation for the roofing stage, item budget with area statement, site equipment design with technical report site equipment, time schedule, machine design. Furthermore, the work addresses the control and test plan, occupational safety. The last point of the thesis deals with the implementation of roofing of buildings with a larger span.

Analysis of BIM model implementation and cost estimation in construction company

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the implementation and valuation of the BIM model in a construction company. In the practical part, a specific construction company and its project is selected for the implementation and valuation using valuation plugins, which define the elements according to the design classification. For the purposes of this work, the constructions of the main building production are selected - piles, prefabricated load-bearing skeleton, wall perimeter cladding and roof folded cladding. Based on the model developed in this way, the BIM model is compiled and by exporting data from valuation plugins, an item budget is processed. The main result of this work is to perform an implementation analysis and show the advantages and disadvantages of the BIM approach to projects.
