The bachelor’s thesis deals with financial situation of the company Dermacol, a.s. in years 2015-2019 with help of the indicaters of financial analysis. This thesis is split in three parts – theoretical, practical and assessment of those two parts. In the first part is definated selected indicaters and concepts. In the practical part is located application of the theoretical part. The last part deals with evaluation of results gained in the analytical part and suggestions for improving the financial situation of the company.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the financial analysis of the construction company and its managerial impact. The main goal is to evaluate the financial stability of the subject and explain its utility for the company management. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part describes the methodology of the financial analysis and the way to use the output for management purposes. In the practical part the financial analysis of the STAVITELSTVI DANIEL STRYK s. r. o. in 2008 – 2011 is being performed. The financial analysis is based on elementary methods, indexes, summative ratios and key performance indicators.

Results will be interpreted and compared with industry average or recommended value. The main part is to find the cause of the adverse condition and suggest solution for improve the situation. The bachelor’s thesis is based on financial statements (blance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow) provided by business corporation.

This thesis deals with the proposal of the financial plan for COM Group, a.s. company which operates in ICT industry. First part of this thesis aims for its theoretical background, which is cornerstone for the development of proposal of the financial plan. The next chapter is dealing with an introduction of picked company and its subsequent process of the strategic and financial analysis of the picked company. Conclusively, there is processed financial plan for the period 2020-2023 and its evaluation.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Firm and Proposals to its Improvement

Bachelor's thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial position of the company MIDUR, s.r.o. during the three years between 2005 and 2007. The results are taken from the company's financial statements for the period under consideration. The first part of the thesis is based on clear theory, which is important to the overall understanding of the financial position. Then secondly we introduce information about the firm and its Neighbourhood in the form of basic factual information, and provide a SWOT analysis, a Porter's model and a 4P marketing mix analysis.In the third part of the thesis we provide information on the current implemented financial analysis position of the company and then most importantly in the final part there are proposals to help improve the financial position of the company on the basis of the information provided.
