Stroke mechanism of bridge crane

This bachelor thesis is focused on the design stroke mechanism of bridge crane with load capacity of 10 000kg. The thesis contains a critical research of today-manufactured crane trolleys and a selection of a suitable conception. Part of the design are calculations of the lifting mechanism base parts, for example: rope diameter, pulleys diameters, complete dimensions of the rope drum, selection and the design of the electric motor, gearbox, brake, frequency inverter, gear and drum coupling. Last chapter is focused on the strength calculation of the rope drum, durability of the bearing, weld strength examination and radial load. Part of the thesis is the lifting mechanism assembly drawing documentations and the rope drum welding assembly.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the lifting mechanism of the crane cat, for a bridge storage crane with a load capacity of 8,000 kg. The thesis contains a critical research of similar existing solutions and the selection of the appropriate concept. The design includes calculations of the basic parameters of the stroke, and based on them selects appropriate rope, pulleys, and design of the rope drum. Furthermore, there are calculated and selected suitable components of the stroke mechanism such as electric motor, clutch, brake and gearbox. The last part deals with the design of the bearing, the drum pin and the calculation of the shaft key. The output of the work is the technical drawing of the whole assembly of the mechanism and the welding subassembly of the rope drum.

Grab Dredger

When soluting the contruction of a grab dredger we will deal with suitable solution with reference to its using and capacity, possibilites of its setting in low temperatures and incidental aplication of the exchangeable abrasion - resistant mouldings. There will be made a calculation of forces taking effect on a grab dredger and a check calculation of the chosen structural parts.

The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is a construction design of rope winch for ship transporting with 10 kN of load in rope, 10 meters of rope length, 0,1 m/s pulling speed and powered by one-phase circuit 230V. This work also contains survey of similar devices, strength calculations and drawing of welding assembly.

Evaluation of economical and operational requirements on new towing aeroplane for AeČR

The aim of the master's thesis is to provide the analysis of the composition of towing used by flying clubs in the Czech Republic. Another part of the analysis is the comparison of home towing types with types used abroad. Another aim is to analyse legislative and operating demands on towing types used in the Czech Republic and process procedures of safety and effective towing. Based on these findings the author formulates economic and operating requirements which an ideal tow plane should meet and compare these requirements with attributes available on the market.

Bachelor's thesis deals with design of stroke mechanism of crane trolley loads for the weights which do not exceed 5 000 kg. This thesis divided into written and practical sections. Written part deals with the calculation of the principal dimensions of lifting and stress control of cable reel. In this work there are also given reasons for choosing certain key parts of the lifting mechanism, such as: electric motor, gearbox, etc. Prior to the calculations in each chapter there is usually located a short introduction of the topic. The practical part contains a drawing of the complete lifting mechanism, cable reel assembly and two production drawings.

Bachelor’s thesis deals with design rope winch for mobile machines with a maximum pulling force of 20000 N. The work consists of technical report and drawings. Technical report includes a search of the current solution, designs and controls rope, rope drum, electromotor, gearbox and bearings. Next the work includes custom design of semiautomatic mechanical clutch with the calculation components of which it is composed. Design documentation includes component drawing and drawing the rope drum.

The first part of the bachelor‘s thesis contains background research of constructions and the basic calculations of the tackles. Subject of this thesis is design and calculation of a crane with two pulleys with lifting capacity of 10 tons. In contains solution to design of rope, rope pulleys, cross member of the hook block, pivot pulleys, sidewalls, nut of crane hook and ball bearings. In the next part of work there are descripted individual parts of crane hook block and construction design proposal. In conclusion of the thesis there are technical drawings of selected parts, technical drawing of assembly and bill of items.
