Bachelor thesis „Proposal for changes of human resource management in a company“ analyses the current state of personnel activities in the selected company. Using the questionnaire supplemented with interviews, which is examining the causes of the high turnover of new employees. Based on the findings and theories the improvements are suggested. This aims to promote further development a company and help eliminate turnover.
Onboarding Process in Application for Visual Programming in Augmented Reality

This thesis focuses on the implementation of the onboarding process in AREditor, which is an application developed to enable non-programmers to program robotic arms and its components in augmented reality. Because the app's workflow is so specific, it requires integration for new users. My work contains analysis of current issues with the use of augmented reality, analysis of issues found in AREditor, analysis of learning principles and existing onboarding methods. With that knowledge, I could create a draft, which was then implemented and tested. The tests helped me improve the existing implementation. Onboarding is there to provide information on the basic features of the application. Users that pass onboarding should be able to operate this app and be able to find other functionalities by their own.

The trasition period of anesthesiologist nurses from the point of view of mentor

Introduction: The transitional process is completed by all new employees with a view to the fastest and the most effective involvement in a complete work process of an organization. Also new employees, who start working in the anesthesiology department, go through specific adaptation. The research of this diploma thesis is focused on the anesthesiology department and brings a view of mentors - anesthesiologist nurses on the adaptation transition of new employees. Methodology: This is a qualitative study, data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews with anesthesiologist nurses and mentors from various fields of anesthesia. Data analysis was performed in open coding steps followed by categorization. A total of 9 anesthesiologist nurses had participated in the research survey. Results: Findings of this research shows important aspects of successful adaptation transition of anesthesiologist nurses. These important aspects are mentor's experiences from both of their transitional process and his previous workplace, also mentoring that is represented by an experienced trainer, as well as cooperative and helpful work environment and collective, and at last, it is a quality feedback for mentor as well as new employer. Employer Branding at SETOS Retail Ltd.

The master´s thesis summarizes complex view on employer branding, including formation of theoretical base, which is then applied in the form of actual employer branding project at SETOS Retail Ltd. The thesis aims to design particular stages in the process of creating employer`s brand creation, which optimize effectiveness of following processes in human resources, after that the process is being created and its benefits are evaluated at the company. The designed stages are based on the theoretical base, situational and employee analysis. The thesis consists of creation of the EVP (Employee Value Proposition), company values and mission that have been defined based on qualitative research with employees. The master´s thesis embodies creation of the Culture-Book Life Hacking, the company profile on the platform COCUMA and definition of the recruitment processes including onboarding of employees. Finally, mainly monitoring employee retention validates the thesis` contribution and benefits.

This bachelor work focuses on adaptation process of new employees in a particular company. The goal is determination of adaptation process and comparison with needs of the company on onboarding field. A few methods of quality research were used in application part. The first one is analysis of internal documents related to adaptation process. The second is application and analysis of structured inquiry of head of human resources department of the company. Application part of the work brings evaluation of analysed adaptation process.

This master thesis deals with the topic of new employee orientation and onboarding process. The emphasis is placed on explanation of how the onboarding process and other human resource management activities affect the overall economic performance of a company and achieving its goals. Recent surveys and aspects of the current labor market are taken into account in order to highlight the increasing importance of effectively onboarding new employees. The practical part analyzes the onboarding process in a chosen international company. Based on the outcomes of the research a new proposal to optimize the existing process is introduced.
