Bakalářská práce „Návrh změn konceptu řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybraném podniku“ analyzuje stávající stav personálních činností ve vybraném podniku, a to pomocí metody dotazníkového šetření doplněného o rozhovory, kdy tento zkoumá příčiny vysoké fluktuace nových zaměstnanců. Na základě zjištění a aplikace teoretických východisek jsou navržena opatření, která mají za cíl podpořit další rozvoj vybraného podnikatelského subjektu a která by pomohla snížit aktuální míru fluktuace. Bachelor thesis „Proposal for changes of human resource management in a company“ analyses the current state of personnel activities in the selected company. Using the questionnaire supplemented with interviews, which is examining the causes of the high turnover of new employees. Based on the findings and theories the improvements are suggested. This aims to promote further development a company and help eliminate turnover.
