Imagination and Poetics: Means of Expression of British Progressive Rock in 1967-1977

The topic of the thesis is the interpretation of some key means of expression of British progressive rock music, from its heyday at the turn of the sixties and seventies through the period of search and experimentation in the mid-seventies to the onset of punk and the change in the arrangement of the aesthetic standards of rock and the breadth of popular music in general. The work primarily deals with the ways in which the British progressive rock scene communicated with the public, i.e. the analysis of content components such as the themes of the compositions and the related graphic and visual presentation of the key musical works of the time. The work tries to trace and describe the connections between the individual expressive means of progressive rock in the British music scene, i.e. literary, musical and visual means, including innovative ways of communicating with the audience in the form of concerts and theatrical elements of the presentation.

Stimulation of strength, speed, and coordination, abilities in the ice hockey goaltender

Thesis title: Stimulation of strength, speed and coordination abilities in the ice hockey goaltender. Aim of the thesis: To describe theoretical basis of stimulation in ice hockey goaltenders. To design a model of goaltender's strength, speed and coordination training and to find suitable methods, means and forms of the stimulation of strength, speed and coordination abilities focused on youth teams and older goaltenders. Method: Qualitative analysis of document contents was used to identify the main theoretical basis of stimulation of goaltenders strength, speed and coordination abilities. Determiners of goaltenders' strength, speed and coordination development were described on the basis of deeper analysis. The main theoretical resources were finally integrated into a logical complex by the method of synthesis. On this basis the conception of strength, speed and coordination abilities stimulation could have been set up and suitable methods, means and forms of the goaltenders' strength, speed and coordination training could have been chosen with focus on youth teams and older goaltenders. Kamila Stojaspalová, Proměny motivace k učitelské profesi v průběhu učitelské kariéry Anotace: Mladý pedagog vstupuje s očekáváním na první pracovní pozici a to často není naplněno. Usilování o naplnění stanoveného cíle je znepříjemňováno, až dochází k demotivaci, útlumu v pracovním tempu a prvotní nadšení mizí. Popsaný jev je bohužel celkem častým odrazem reality. Práce se z teoretického hlediska zabývá proměnnými, které ovlivňují motivaci či demotivaci pedagoga při výkonu pedagogické profese. Jaké proměnné vstupují a skrze jaké proměnné můžeme do motivačního procesu vstoupit. Zaměřena je na učitele základních škol. Na jejich teoretickou a praktickou připravenost.
