Public Law Regulation of the Activity of Insurance Intermediaries

The purpose of this thesis on "Public Law Regulation of the Insurance Intermediaries" is the evaluation of the current regulation of the insurance intermediaries with regard to the goals of the public-law regulation of this sector. In the first part using the historical overview both in Czech and Europian context I am concluding the grounds and demands standing in the beginning of express formulation of the public interest that the state power should interfere with the insurance mediation sphere. In the following parts there are the selected provisions of the Act no. 38/2004 Coll. Of Acts, on the insurance intermediaries, and their impact on the practical execution of the intermediation activity analyzed. I am emphasizing the mandatory registration made by the state authority as a condition for entering the industry. An attention is devoted to the requirements of the professional ability and to the evaluation of its proper legal treatment with regard to the scope of competence of individual categories of intermediaries. In the last chapter there is a review of the proposed legislation which is currently in progress within the legislation procedure executed.
The creation of a holiday package to the Austrian state Carinthia

The aim of this thesis is to create a unique incentive trip to Austria, according to the demand of the client. It is well-known insurance company which wishes to create a holiday package for their agents. It is made according to the technique of the travel agent Traveller. First, all the requirements are consulted and the group of the clients is characterized. Then the destination and accommodation facility are chosen. Also the optional tours in the surrounding area and the programme for the group with partial itinerary are included. After that the calculation is accomplished. In the last chapter, this tour is compared with the competitors in the market. The benefit of this work is to create a special incentive trip with a complete program for insurance agents into a very popular tourist area.
Factors which influencing cooperation sales representatives with insurance company

This bachelor thesis analyzes the main factors which influencing motivation to work t insurance agents of the insurance company and proposes solutions for elimination problems and better fulfillment of stated aims of the company. The partial objectives are to identify the main motives for cooperation and their long-term stay in a company. To achieve this aims, I will use questionnaire surveys and personal interviews with the insurance agents. This thesis is divided into two sections, the theoretical part describes subjects on the insurance market, register of insurance agents and professional association and principles of making questionnaire survey. The practical part is based on the questionnaire survey methods. In conclusion, the results of the survey and suggestions of improvement are made.

Working professional insurance agent training

The goal is to develop a training program that will allow insurance agents to cope with abnormal situations associated with insurance. In the beginning is get you started in the theoretical issues of insurance, insurance agents, skills and characteristics of individuals operating in this area. Furthermore, the study points to the importance of training, knowledge, skills, modify attitudes, social action agents. The main part is developed job training, to contribute to the achievement of the objectives and requirements of insurance. In the end, provide appropriate practical recommendations for insurance brokers and insurance companies.
Analysis of developments in the Czech insurance market

The goal of this paper was to analyze the value of Czech insurance market in recent years in relation to factors which it operates. The first chapter focuses on general characteristics of the insurance market. This chapter mainly deals with the specific parameters of the insurance market. Another chapter focuses on the breakdown of the insurance market. Here I was more focused on life and non-life insurance. Both mention the general characteristics, insurance products and comparison with the EU. Another point on which to work refers to the entities of the insurance market. This chapter is divided into 2 parts. The first part deals with insurance companies, which are evaluated from different perspectives. The second part is devoted to insurance brokers who are an important part in offering insurance products. The last part focuses briefly on the regulation of the insurance market after EU accession. This part is rather devoted to EU directives. At the end are added two brief chapters. The first is the stock of joining the EU in terms of insurance. The second chapter summarizes the development of insurance market.
Analysis of czech insurance market and prognosis of its future development

This bachalor thesis is concerned with the insurance market in the Czech Republic since the very beginning of "insuring" until the modern days, when the domestic insurance market is integrated into the European Union. The thesis comprises four individual parts. The first unit deals with the development of insurance system. The following chapter relates the contemporary situation of the Czech insurance market. In the third part, the Czech insurance market is compared to the markets of other countries which joined the EU in 2004. Besides that, an analysis of present period of stagnation of the insurance market is introduced. The last chapter contains the principles the European insurance market is based on. It also embodies the gradual process of integration of the Czech insurance market into the EU.
