Cílem práce je vyvinout výcvikový program, který umožní pojišťovacím agentům zvládat nestandardní situace spojené s pojišťovnictvím. V úvodu práce je teoretické zorientování v problematice pojišťovnictví, pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů, dovedností a charakteristik osob provozující činnost v této oblasti. Dále práce poukazuje na důležitost výcviku znalostí, dovedností, modifikování postojů, sociálního jednání agentů. V hlavní části práce je vyvinut pracovní výcvik, který má přispět k dosažení cílů a požadavků pojišťovnictví. V závěru jsou stanovena vhodná praktická doporučení pro pojišťovací zprostředkovatele i pojišťovny. The goal is to develop a training program that will allow insurance agents to cope with abnormal situations associated with insurance. In the beginning is get you started in the theoretical issues of insurance, insurance agents, skills and characteristics of individuals operating in this area. Furthermore, the study points to the importance of training, knowledge, skills, modify attitudes, social action agents. The main part is developed job training, to contribute to the achievement of the objectives and requirements of insurance. In the end, provide appropriate practical recommendations for insurance brokers and insurance companies.
