Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh vhodné metody, jak vyhodnotit dodavatele modelů letadel a leteckého příslušenství holandské společnosti Aviation Megastore. Tato polečnost existuje na trhu již více než 25 let a má více než 170 dodavatelů po celém světě. Proto vznikla potřeba jednotlivé výrobce a distributory ohodnotit a zvážit jejich vývoj během jednotlivých let, případně u některých vybraných dodavatelů zvážit vzhledem k neuspokojivým výsledkům možnost ukončení spolupráce. Pro vyhodnocení bude použit program MS Excel a MATLAB.

Selection and evaluation of suppliers in the construction industry

This bachelor thesis deals with the system of selecting and evaluating suppliers in the construction industry. The first part of the theory pursues the function of purchase, the process of purchase and the materials strategies. There are described the factors which influence the whole purchase process. The other part deals with the system of selecting the suppliers and the strategy of supplier-subscriber relations. In the last part of this theory there are described the criteria for evaluating the suppliers and the methodics of their evaluation. In the practical part there is shown the theoretical knowledge then transmitted into the practice. The whole process of purchase of a company P a P okno stav, s.r.o. is being described there, the way of its selecting and evaluating the suppliers. The conclusion of this part is a suggestion of the supplier selection and evaluation suppliers in the company P a P okno stav, s.r.o.

This diploma thesis deals with the application of quality tools in the production company. The theoretical part deals with the history of quality, its current status and mainly describes some of the basic quality tools. The practical part describes the current status of quality management in the company and the system of assessment and selection of suppliers. The conclusions and results of this diploma thesis should prove that by introducing a method for selection, supplier evaluation, the company will achieve cost reduction and the establishment of a beneficial supplier-customer relationship.

The diploma thesis deals with selection and evaluation of phone accessories suppliers for ZONES s.r.o. company and evaluates their possible risks. In thesis is created decision model which is using fuzzy logic. The main part of the thesis consists of proposals for the evaluation of the company's suppliers. At the beginning of thesis are theoretical bases which will be used in the practical parts. Decision models are created in Microsoft Excel and MATLAB. The fuzzy model is based on requirements of the company. Another part of the thesis deals with analysis and comparison of results from both programs. The result of this thesis is the model which is easy to use and improves selection and evaluations of phone accessories for ZONES s.r.o. company.

This master thesis is focused on the analysis of the purchasing process in the company GYMBOOM ltd. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic characteristics of the purchasing process. This thesis is analising the current condition of the purchasing process together with current storage process. Based on the theoretical knowledges in the last part of the thesis, there are also highlighted problematic fields and suggested possible solutions, which can help to eliminate identified deficiencies and enable the development of business.

The diploma thesis deals with the draft of fuzzy model used for decisions of choosing the suppliers of the tool steel for the company S.CH.W.SERVICE, s.r.o. In the introduction of the thesis the theoretical basis for the process are summarized and the company is introduced. The main part consists of the actual suggestions for the evalutaion of the company´s suppliers. The deciosion making models are created in MS Excel and MATLAB. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to the comparison of the results from both suggested models.
