Affecting the efficiency of stimulation a strenght endurance through exercies on unstable surface
Jebavý, Radim ; Perič, Tomáš (advisor) ; Zháněl, Jiří (referee) ; Turek, Milan (referee)
Affecting the efficiency of stimulation a strenght endurance through exercies on unstable surface In our work we sought to verify the affecting the efficiency of a Strength programme of exercise on unstable surfaces for stimulation of strength endurance abilities, compared to a similar didactic programme conducted on stable surfaces, thus creating an alternative choice for coaches, teachers, and sports instructors. A major element of the didactic process is the quality of the strength training programme on stable and unstable surfaces. When evaluating the overall results of the tests before and after the experimental programme, we come to be of the opinion that the experimental programme manifested itself positively in effectiveness of stimulating strength abilities. The strength programme had an influence on increasing the persistence of strength in dynamic and static regimens. In the case of a strengthening programme on unstable surfaces there was a tendency towards greater growth in the number of repetitions as opposed to programme on a stable base at the beginning of the programme in the case of exercise in a dynamic regimen. Keywords: effectiveness, strength endurance preparation, unstable surfaces, stabilisation system.

Title: Balance exercises for influence coordination and strength preconditions Objectives: The objective of this bachelor's thesis is point out an option to traditional training methods, which has a positive effect on the musculoskeletal system and the affects coordination and strength preconditions, from my point of view, the key for ordinary human life. Methods: Literature research available publications. Results: Based on linear research shows the:  balance exercises stimulate the neuromuscular coordination, which leading to more effective engagement of individual motor units and activation those units which had not participated in the movement consequently expodes to influencing coordination and strength preconditions.  positive effect of balance exercises on the deep stabilization system and posture, as it creates a reflex impulses in the muscles of these systems, a common training program does not allow.  use balance equipment improves kinesthetic and proprioception feelings, isolated activity of deep muscles, which leads to a influencing strength of the muscle fibres deep muscles, improves concentration, which influences the human psychic. Here it is necessary to keep proper breathing and the conditions of the exercise. Keywords: neuromuscular coordination, posture, deep stabilization...
Muscle imbalances on people visiting fitness facilities in the age of 18 to 25
PRŮDKOVÁ, Lucie
This bachelor thesis refers on muscular imbalances of regular fitness facilities visitors in the age of 18 to 25. Muscle imbalances could be built on basis of wrong technique and overusing specific body parts during exercising. Nowadays especially young people have their physical look as their priority result of visiting a gym. Due that they usually focus just on one or two body parts during all of their actual gym sessions. First part of the thesis explains the term fitness and young adults view on exercising. Next parts consist of spinal kinesiology, posture and muscle imbalances, followed by information about examination and therapy. The goal of this project was to determine muscular imbalances of bodybuilders. The following goal was to create an exercise session which will help them to get rid of these muscle imbalances. Research was conducted along regular visitors of Fitness Centre Pouzar in České Budějovice. Six respondents in total took a part in the research. History taking and kinesiology analysis was used for collection of data before the therapy. Respondents were divided in two groups where the first half of them received set exercise program and the second half did not get anything to follow. Duration of exercise program testing was approximately two months. After this period each of the groups were analysed and compared again. There was found a significant improvement of muscle imbalances of the first group with set up program compared to the second group without any specified program. This bachelor thesis can be helpful for health professionals as well as for public. The aim of the research is to extend the knowledge of exercising in fitness facilities and prevention of muscular imbalances due to wrong habits in exercising.
The effects of physiotherapy for female stress incontinence in working age
ČERVINKOVÁ, Eva
The bachelor thesis deals with impacts of physiotherapeutic methods on woman stress incontinence in working age. Stress incontinence is an uncontrollable leakage of urine during the increase of intrapelvic pressure in activities such as sneezing, coughing, laughter, lifting of heavy weights etc. Middle-aged women are mainly affected by this symptom. The first part of the thesis refers to the anatomy and physiology of the urinary tract, pelvic floor and core stabilization system, which the pelvic is part of. Subsequently, the incontinence and its distribution is outlined, focusing on stress incontinence and its Etiology, diagnosis and treatment. Since the stress incontinence has an unpleasant experience for most of the women, it is also mentioned its negative impact on the quality of life. The second part of the thesis is practical, using qualitative research in the form of three casuistries. Patients are three women aged from 42 to 57 years old suffering from stress incontinence. The goal of the thesis was to point out the effect of physiotherapy on stress incontinence treatment and describe the physiotherapy impact on the quality of life. The exercise unit with patients consisted of entry check-up and then the individual therapy was created including exercise methods such as Mojžíšova's, Kegel's and development positions according to Mr. Kolář. Patients used for strengthening the pelvic floor the Kegel8? system. Finally, the examination and evaluation was performed. The quality of life was determined through interview and CONTILIFE questionnaire, which was submitted at the beginning and the end of the therapy. Final results showed that the chosen therapy was not as successful as expected. Only one patient felt the improvement of her incontinence. Other patients did not feel any difference. Following to the results, the quality of life remained almost intact. The reason behind the result could be the inactivity of patients and short duration of the therapy. However, all patients experience improvement in their physical condition, including individual problems that seem to be unrelated to stress incontinence.

Effect of hippotherapy at clients with sclerosis muiltiplex.
Hrbasová, Hana ; Leontovyčová, Jana (advisor) ; Šifta, Petr (referee)
Hipotherapy is a complex therapy, broaden and recently very sought after rehabilitation method, which is being more and more recognized by experts for its broaden scene. It is a complex therapy thanks to involving medicine, psychology, pedagogy and also a social sphere. That's why is this method indicated at many different levels of disablement. It's being used with pacients with children's cerebral palsy, diverse level of cerebral dysfunction and multiple sclerosis. And it's the therapy's effect on multiple sclerosis that this thesis paper discusses. It also applies to brain and spinal traumas, scoliosis, back pain, orthopedic defects, cardiovascular disease, degenerative muscle disease, obesity, as well as it provides help at emotional and mental aspect, e.g. children with behavioral disorders and many others. At hipotherapy is being used a three dimensional (multidimensional) horse motion. Horse's spine moves up - down, forward - backward, right - left. Imitating a mechanisms of human walking, which leads to relaxation of spasticity. Impulses are transmitted onto back which brings interaction of impeller and back muscles, stand up pose, and posture interference. All this brings a walking improvements, movements coordination, balance and consolidation of a flabby muscles. Each horse has a different nature...

Second (special) case report describes part of physiotherapy treatment of patients with PVS as a result of disc herniation L4 / 5, which is expressed as the L5 (S1) root syndrome on left lower extremity and proposes course of therapy and evaluated its effects. Therapy were doing during the hospitalization tha patient on the neurogical department and the final examination and analysis were done another day...
Deep stabilization system - contemporary findings, ways of testing and possibilities of physiotherapeutical influence
Hanzlová, Andrea ; Kotýnková, Martina (advisor) ; Brožová, Kamila (referee)
1 Abstract: Deep stabilizing system is a system of deep placed muscles, which are responsible for spine stability in calm position and during movement. Composition of this system is not totally explicit. Different authors, either native or foreigner, have different opinion on it. Kolář says, that this system includes deep cervical muscles, deep muscle system of the spine, muscles of the pelvic floor, stomach muscles and mostly diaphragm and its postural function. The content of this work in theoretical part is clarification of the term deep stabilizing system, introduction of its function and single elements in terms of anatomy, descriptoin of their basic functions, explanation of basic terms, which are relevant to this topic (for example posture, stabilization and stability). You can also find there different ways of testing and possibilities of physiotherapeutical influence of deep stabilizing system. Practical part of this work is qualitative research. For one month, I did therapy of two patiens, who have chronic back pain. After series of special tests, I detected disfunction of deep stabilizing system. I chose program of progressive dynamic stabilization of lumbar spine. You can find not only casuistry but also pictures of single elements of deep stabilizing system, few tests and program that I used in...
Evaluation of the immediate influence of physical activity on the quality of postural functions of basketball players
Mudruňková, Michaela ; Nováková, Tereza (advisor) ; Satrapová, Lenka (referee)
Title: Evaluation of the immediate influence of physical activity on the quality of postural functions of basketball players Author: Bc. Michaela Mudruňková Supervisor: PhDr. Tereza Nováková, PhD. Problem definition: Difficulties in the evaluation of the quality of postural functions and in the establishment of a so-called ideal posture stem from the diversity of views of different authors. Posture is definitely not the same as standing, but unfortunately many of the tests for postural functions evaluation focus only on that. Postural stability can be measured using device methods as well, but these devices are not available everywhere. Therefore, I have tried to create my own set of tests, which would best meet all requirements: simplicity, speed, availability and complexity of testing and evaluation of the quality of postural functions. Physical activity is followed by fatigue of the organism (decreased muscle strength, impaired movement coordination, ...). In my thesis I try to explain how fatigue manifests itself on the quality of postural functions and how to best assess the quality of postural functions using simple tests. The aim: The aims of this thesis are to develop an appropriate set of tests for evaluation of the quality of postural functions and to investigate the effects of different...
