Tracked chassis
Bartoníček, Richard ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Pokorný, Prokop (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis presents basic overview of tracked chassis construction variants. In the second part there are named examples of tracked chassis usage in civil engineering and forest and agricultural applications.
Design of micro drive for harvester
Jonák, Vojtěch ; Pokorný, Jan (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This master thesis deals with design of hydrostatic drive for harvester. It contains calculations of parameters from current drive like speed, hydraulic losses and tractive effort. Because now these parameters are insufficient in next part of work is proposed few options how to achieve required parameters. In selected cases are made calculations and based on the results are recommended two options for realization.
Harvester
Brychta, Vojtěch ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
Content of this bachelor’s thesis is critical research of harvesters, especially designed for the thinning felling. According to bigger amount of the wheel harvesters in comparison with the tracked harvesters in the Czech Republic, is this work focused on the machines with the wheeled chassis. In the beginning of this work is discussed division of harvesters, second chapter is about construction. Next parts are focused on current conceptual solutions, comparison of machines, including comparison of the harvester heads and energy wood heads. In the conclusion is mentioned supposed development of wheeled harvesters.
Handling equipment for forestry
Martinec, Patrik ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Hloušek, David (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on a research treatise on a forest fleet. The beginning of the work outlines the historical development of machines in the woodworking industry, it also deals with harvesters and their individual division according to specifications. The work also focuses on important parts of the harvester such as the hydraulic crane and harvester head. In the same spirit of comparison and division, export tractors are developed in the work. The chapter of the last work summarizes wheel loaders and their use in the woodworking industry. At the end of the thesis, the individual goals and outputs of the bachelor's thesis are evaluated.
Model ranges analysis of forest harvesters
Dlužanský, Tomáš ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
In the bachelor’s thesis is made the basic division of harvesters according to types of chassis, technology process of trees and sizes of harvesters. The next point of thesis is about construction of harvesters and about mechanical parts, especially harvester heads. In the next part division of some operational and technical arguments of Czech machines and foreign machines is made. There was critical classification of machines in groups, on the basis of these arguments. Critique was oriented mainly on wheel harvesters. This group was chosen because of its biggest representation in Czech Republic. Some structural specialities of harvesters and progress of harvester‘s technique were presented.
Crawler chassis for a forwarder
Plichta, Zbyněk ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The first part of the bachelor´s thesis introduces crawler chassis used in forwarders and harvesters, its second part includes a concept design of a crawler chassis for a forwarder based on the given parameters. The design concentrates on the arrangement of the undercarriage and the choice of suitable track and idlers. Another intention of the design is to find an appropriate solution for suspension of bottom rollers with a sufficient travel, while observing small dimensions of the undercarriage. The outcome of the thesis is a drawing of the designed crawler chassis.
The engine unit of forestry harvestor
Petr, Tomáš ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
At the beginning of bachelor´s thesis is description of harvester and its main parts. Then research of four six – wheeled forestry harvesters was developed. Features of compared harvesters are similar to the task. The next point was theoretical part with equations needed for calculation of rolling and inertial resistances. Based on the theory an enumeration of powers of particular driving modes was done. Then performances for work devices of harvester were calculated. From the single values were determined total powers of machine, which were transparently organized into table and graph. Based on the maximal total power were chosen three appropriate engines. From the three was selected the most suitable one.
Powertrain systems of forest machines of the CTL technology
Janík, Richard ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Mergl, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis contains a research analysis of drive systems of forest machines of harvester technology. At the beginning, harvester technology machines and their functions are described. The next chapters deal with the drive systems of these machines. The main topic is hybrid drive systems, which are divided into individual categories in this work, and diagrams of drive systems of specific harvester technology machines are created and described.
